Prickled Pink

Tequila drinkers know that cold tequila in the summertime is so refreshing and delicious. This pink drink, Prickled Pink , is perfect to have while dancing in the summer sun.
Pour 2 parts Milagro Silver, 1 part fresh lime juice, 2 parts pink Agua de Tuna, and ¾ part agave nectar into a shaker with ice. Shake it on up and serve over ice in your favorite cocktail glass.

For those who prefer vodka, this simple yet refreshing drink is great for lounging by the pool.
Mix 2 oz. of your favorite vodka with 1/2 oz. of lemon juice and 1/2 oz. of simple syrup. Stir with a cocktail mixer in your favorite glass over ice and you can top with watermelon juice to give it some color and flavor. Even adding a watermelon slice to the rim makes it that much more delicious!
Strawberry & Lemon Mojitos

Mojitos are amazing in the summer because that hint of mint makes everything go down really smoothly. This twist on the classic mojito is flavorful and yummy.
You’ll need 8 lemon wedges, 24 mint leaves, 4 strawberries, 8 oz. of aged rum, and 3 oz. fresh lime juice, and 2 oz. of agave nectar. In a shaker, muddle the lemon wedges, whole strawberries, and mint leaves together. Next, add ice to the shaker and the rum, along with the lemon juice and agave nectar. Shake it on up and serve over ice!
The Fisherman’s Margarita

A blue cocktail is a cocktail that, to me, screams summertime. The Fisherman’s Margarita is perfect for the beach waves.
Grab yourself 1 ½ oz. tequila, ¾ oz. triple sec, and ¾ oz. lime juice, throw it into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it up and strain it into a rock glass with a salted rim and filled with ice. Top with a splash of Blue Curacao for color—cheers!

Some people don’t love loading up on the sugar in the summer because it’s bikini season. This light and refreshing punch is so simple—you’re going to fall in love.
The ” Amber Punch ” is made by mixing 2 cups sugar, 2 cups water, 1 cup lemon juice, and 2 cups of peeled, crushed cucumbers. To make the Amber Punch cocktail, take the punch mix with 1 ½ oz. lemon juice, and 1 ½ oz. gin in a tall glass with crushed ice and top with club soda.
The Champagne Daquiri

This is the cocktail you want for your evening out or date night with your honey. You’ll need to make a Champagne syrup by mixing 1 cup of flat, dry Champagne with 1 cup of granulated sugar. But, you have to heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
Once it’s cool, combine 2 oz. white rum, ¾ oz. fresh lime juice, and ¾ oz. Champagne syrup in a shaker with ice. Serve in your favorite glass.
Peach Tea Ice Cream Float

The Peach Tea Ice Cream Float is the one all dessert lovers will rejoice over. You just need to get yourself a peach-flavored ice cream, sorbet, or sherbert, along with some vodka and tea.
Fill a high ball glass with the peach ice cream and then pour 1 1/2 oz. of vodka on top. Once you finish that, top with your favorite type of tea. Stir with a straw and enjoy.
Spicy Tomato Gin and Tonic

Some like it hot, some like it spicy. The Spicy Tomato Gin and Tonic is perfect for a little heat.
In a small dish, combine 2 tbsps. salt, 1/2 tsp. cayenne, and 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper. Rim your cocktail glass with the mixture by using lime to moisten it.
Muddle together 2 cups cherry tomatoes, juice from 1 lime, and 2 tbsps. dill. Stir in both Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce into the glass. Next, add 1 oz. of your favorite gin and 2 oz. of tonic water. Garnish with peppers or a lime wedge.
Coconut Lychee Colada

Coladas are perfect for those hot, sweltering days in the sun. This Coconut Lychee Colada will cool you right down. First, drain a 20-ounce can of peeled lychees, putting aside at least 1 tbsp. of the heavy syrup.
Next, combine the lychees, syrup, 8 oz. coconut milk, and 4 oz. coconut water, 2 1/2 oz. of any rum, and 5 to 6 large ice cubes in a blender. Puree that bad boy until smooth. Pour over crushed ice in a glass with a fancy straw!
Catalina Island Iced Tea

The “Long Island Iced Tea” is a staple of many people’s cocktail menu because it has the most alcohol involved. But this Catalina Island Iced Tea is a new take on that beverage. Grab a shaker, fill it with ice, and add .5 oz Grey Goose vodka, .5 oz Bombay Sapphire gin, .5 oz Patron Silver, and .75 oz. Domaine de Canton, .5 oz lime juice, .5 oz. hibiscus syrup, 1.5 oz. pineapple juice, and 1 oz. sparkling water.
Shake and pour over ice in a tall glass and garnish with your favorite fruit.
The Candice

Simple and easy, The Candice is perfect for those who want something light and airy. In a tall glass filled with ice, add 1 1/2 oz. gin, 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice, 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice, and 1/2 oz. simple syrup.
Stir with a cocktail mixer. Top it off with club soda and garnish it with a piece of grapefruit.
Baby’s Watermelon

This delicious summertime beverage will be the next hit at girl’s night.
For the Baby’s Watermelon , add ¾ oz. Cointreau, 2 oz. The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice, 3 cubes of watermelon, and 5 leaves of cilantro to a shaker and muddle. Pour over ice, shake, and then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a watermelon slice.
The Glenlivet Caribbean Mai Tai

If you’re a whisky girl, you’ll love this Glenlivet Caribbean Mai Tai.
Mix along 1 ½ part TGL Caribbean Reserve, ¾ parts lime juice, ½ parts Orgeat Syrup, ½ parts Triple Sec in a glass and pour over ice. Stir and garnish with mint and an orange slice.
The Patchouli

This feminine and light cocktail will make you feel like you’re a fairy in a garden.
Combine ¾ oz. Absolut Elyx, ½ oz. Patchouli liqueur, ¼ oz. Gonzalez Byass Alfonso Oloroso, and 2 ½ oz. Perrier Jouet Champagne in a glass filled with crushed ice. Mix and stir. Garnish with a cucumber or even add an edible flower for that extra touch.
Pineapple-Basil Smash

Add 1 ½ oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey, ¼ oz. Chartreuse, 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice, ¾ oz. simple syrup, 3 basil leaves, and ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice to a shaker with ice. Shake well, like really well , and strain. Pour over ice and add lime and a basil leaf to the glass.
