There’s nobody in Hollywood quite like Chrissy Teigen. Not only is she hilarious, outspoken, and always standing up for what she believes in, she’s also not afraid to be real about what’s going on in her life.
Of course, after announcing she was getting her breast implants removed, she stuck with that honesty for some hilarious results.

When Chrissy announced last month that she was getting her implants out, she did it in a classic Chrissy fashion.
“Im getting my b***s out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it,” Chrissy shared . “I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have b***s, they’ll just be pure fat. Which is all a t*t is in the first place. A dumb, miraculous bag of fat.”
After her surgery, shared a hilarious card from her daughter, Luna.
“Have fun pulling your boobies out. Love Luna,” the hilarious card read on the front. The other side simply read “BYE BOOBIES.”
Obviously, Chrissy’s friends were just as funny in their responses.
“Can I have your implants they took out since mine got recalled?” joked comedian Whitney Cummings on Instagram.
Chrissy’s friends proved they weren’t done having fun yet.
Chrissy shared on her story that two of her friends had sent her a cake to commemorate the situation. The cake showed a grave stone reading “RIP 2006-2020” in reference to the implants, and then showed two b*****s made of cake underneath it.
Hilarious!
Fans were inspired to show their own friends’ reactions to their surgeries.
One fan showed a similarly hilarious cake they received after getting their implants out that read “Bye Bye Boobies.”
