Who here is looking forward to Thanksgiving? I bet you’re eagerly awaiting it, huh? It’s always a good time to get together with family and indulge in your favorite holiday grub .
But hold that thought because this year, instead of pumpkin pie , I have a more fun dessert idea for you to check out. I think you’re really going to get a kick out of this one.

So let me ask you: what is your favorite Thanksgiving dessert?
Is it pumpkin or apple pie? I hear you loud and clear, and I love those, too. But if you don’t have time to go all out and bake, I have a much simpler idea for you.
And it only requires a few basic ingredients you may already have in your house.
It’s also a fun one that you can get your kids to help out with as well. Are you excited to hear all about it? I thought so, hehe.
So what are we talking about here?
Well, it’s chocolate-covered strawberries that look like mini turkeys. Oh my goodness, what? Ha, ha, that sounds like a great idea to me. I bet everybody will be so surprised when they see them.
Let me tell you what you will need to make these.
Get yourself some strawberries, of course, as well as some mini marshmallows and pretzel sticks. Now let’s move on to the assembly of this cute and tasty dessert. Shall we?
The first thing you have to do is poke the pretzel sticks through the marshmallows until you reach the middle.
Then cover them in chocolate and stick them to the strawberries. Once they harden, you will move on to the next step of the process.
Now all you need to do is dip the rest of the strawberry into the chocolate to cover it all.
And voilà, this is what the final chocolate turkey will look like here. Isn’t this the cutest thing you’ve seen or what?
Once your family members see these beauties on the Thanksgiving table, they will be blown away.
I bet they’re going to be begging you to give them the recipe so they can do this themselves next year. Oh yeah, hee-hee!
Just make sure you practice making these before you perfect your technique.
Otherwise, they might end up looking a little different than you have expected. Oh my gosh, ha, ha! That’s not what you would want them to look like, that’s for sure.
