Breaking up is never easy, but there are a lot of factors that can make it more complicated. Divorce itself is a legal issue made even more complex when you factor in children, especially if both parties in the marriage are famous.
Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox’s divorce proceedings have involved a lot of drama over their three children.
Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox were married for 10 years until 2019.

The couple share three children together, sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.
In early November, Megan publicly called out Brian over sharing photos of their children to social media in order to present her as an “absent mother.”
Of course, this wasn’t the first time the two had apparently exchanged blows over Instagram.

In August, Megan went public with her relationship with her new boyfriend, rapper Machine Gun Kelly. She shared this black and white photo to her Instagram with the caption, “Achingly beautiful boy… my heart is yours.”
Brian’s response was pretty direct.
Brian shared an Instagram post featuring pictures of each of his four sons, but captioned the post with the same caption Megan had used, writing , “Achingly beautiful boys… my heart is yours.”
Some saw this as a petty dig at his ex.
Megan seemed to take it that way as well.

After Brian shared a now-deleted picture of himself with the couple’s son, Journey, on Halloween, Megan called him out for using their children against her on social media.
“Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It’s not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren’t in,” Megan commented.
“I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media,” Megan added.
“I know you love your kids, but I don’t know why you can’t stop using them to posture via Instagram,” Megan went on to say.
Brian did not respond to Megan’s comment, but he did delete the photo and re-upload the picture without Journey in it.
“You’re so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I’m an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time,” Megan wrote.

“Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human! Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?”
Megan’s comment seemed to imply that the two parents had 50/50 custody of their children.
It appears that Brian is looking to make that arrangement official.

In new court documents obtained by HollywoodLife , Brian is requesting joint physical and legal custody of the three children. Brian did not request any child support payments but did request possible spousal support that would be paid to both him and Megan.
Megan doesn’t seem to be on board with that.

HollywoodLife also revealed court documents where Megan requested to terminate the possibility of spousal support for both herself and Brian.
Fans have been split when it comes to this drama.
Some fans feel that Megan didn’t need to make the issues between them public, with one fan on Instagram writing, “Maybe she could have just called him instead of leaving a comment?”
Other fans are on Megan’s side.
