Many of us like to act like know-it-alls, sharing facts and insights where we can, but none of us actually know everything.
We’re sometimes faced with things we don’t know, unable to even make out what’s in front of us. Some examples of this lie in this list of bizarre things that weren’t what they seemed.
“Ambulance with rotor blades.”
It was thought that medical helicopters were a bit too confusing to differentiate from other helicopters, so they’re rolling these out instead!
“Giant pigeon attempts to steal entire bird feeder.”
And he would have gotten away with it too if it weren’t for those meddling ducks!
“A plain peanut in a jar of peanut m&ms.”
Poor guy, he probably feels way underdressed. Or worse, a little exposed.
“Cerberus.”
Right head is tired of middle and left head getting distracted so easily, he wishes they’d just focus for once.
“This potato looks like a lemon.”
Or does that lemon look like a potato? Only one way to find out, but we’re at risk of ruining our hashbrowns.
“This giant icicle that looks like a dragon tooth I found in my work’s freezer.”
Ice dragons are a pretty common variant, you could have had one sneaking around the back rooms that dropped a tooth before leaving!
“This place will make you delusional.”
Perfect for…making people think you’re missing a wall? Sure, why not.
“The beach looks so beautiful at night.”
The water is such a stunning color, reminds me of my brother’s car. Surely that’s just a coincidence, though.
“[Those] are some long legs.”
I’m ruining the illusion by asking this, but what could they be watching where a grown man needed to lay down like that to examine?
“A lamp that looks like a bunny is standing inside of it.”
Does anyone else feel like Toy Story poisoned their brain? Because I cannot stop thinking about how this thing definitely comes alive when no one’s home.
‘Cyclops dog food.”
Hey, cyclops dogs need to eat too! It’s nice they have a food geared towards them specifically.
“This chicken strip looks like a lizard.”
I think the heat lamp you bought was too strong, he’s looking a little crispy.
“Frozen water or half buried animal?”
Here’s hoping it’s just frozen water, but it might be worth giving a tug just in case.
“These dirty snow piles looking like majestic cliffs.”
Something something, you can find beauty in everything around you, etcetera etcetera.

This dog has the exact hairstyle I wanted when I was 12. I should not be feeling jealousy right now, but here we are.

A beautiful bouquet that you can give to a loved one, then chop up and use for dinner that same night!
