The first snap showed her in an up-close view rocking her graying tight curls in a side part that had one part falling over her oval-shaped face.
The movie star donned a one-shoulder sequined dress with white and n**e stripes. She stylishly posed with one side of her face to the camera, as she finished off the look with a big and bright smile. The next snap was even more fascinating as MacDowell posed by a door frame slipping her svelte figure into a blue two-piece custom-made suit. The outfit included a blazer jacket fastened with a rope at her taste and a pair of wide-legged pants.

Prior to the Instagram post, MacDowell walked the Paris Fashion Week runway letting down her hair in elegant styles. Writing if that experience, the Groundhog Day actress stated that she felt “extremely grateful to have the honor to wear this gorgeous dress that was made for the Paris Opera.” The 64-year-old relayed that it was always an honor to represent “women of a certain age” in a way that pushes the boundaries and carried off the importance of inclusion, and love. MacDowell noted that she enjoyed being “glamorous” more now than she ever had.

Once speaking about an interview she did at 40, MacDowell opened up about being asked how she felt about “losing her beauty.” She recalled replying that she did not feel like she was losing her beauty. The former fashion model noted that she’d rather evolve into a “different kind of beauty.”
