T. J. Holmes is reportedly set to meet with ABC executives on Thursday for a mediation talk regarding the status of his job amid the scandal surrounding his relationship with co-anchor Amy Robach .
Robach will be joining the session as well, but it seems Holmes, 45, is facing more serious issues than she is.

As ABC’s investigation into the affair between the co-anchors continues, execs have found out about another office romance involving Holmes. Several years ago, he allegedly hooked up with a much-younger script coordinator at Good Morning America .
An Insider Revealed The Details
A source told ET , “This third staffer was no secret to most ABC employees, especially those at GMA who worked closely with her during that time.”
How Will This New Info Affect ABC’s Decision?
The insider continued, “The question now is, will this latest revelation speed up the investigation and force ABC to decide T.J. and Amy’s fates sooner rather than later?”
Robach Doesn’t Have Anything To Do With The Allegations
Meanwhile, another source is defending Robach, saying that she hasn’t done anything wrong and her case is being investigated separately from Holmes. While acknowledging her relationship with her co-anchor, the insider said Robach “very much remains focused on her career and children.”
The Scandal Broke In November
News of the romance first broke in late November last year when PDA photos of the two started circulating. Both were married – he to attorney Marilee Fiebig and she to actor Andrew Shue – although sources claimed they had already split from their spouses before they started their relationship.
Yanked Off The Air
Shortly after the affair was discovered, the GMA3 hosts were taken off the air.
What ABC President Kim Godwin Said
Back then, a source told ET that ABC President Kimberly Godwin didn’t think the romance was “a violation of company policy,” but the network took Holmes and Robach off the air anyway while execs “figure this out.”
ABC Is Taking All Accusations Seriously
The pair has not returned and ABC has yet to conclude its investigation, “especially with the constant accusations being tossed T.J.’s way,” a source told ET . “[H]igher ups want to make sure all accusations are being addressed and taken seriously.”
They’re No Longer Trying To Hide It
In the meantime, Holmes and Robach are no longer trying to hide their relationship, as they were spotted traveling together over the holidays. Holmes has also filed for divorce from Fiebig.
