The drama continues for T.I. and the comments he made last week about “checking” his daughter’s hymen.
While the rapper isn’t speaking out, his wife certainly is. She just responded to fan concerns about daughter Deyjah.

While T.I. has yet to speak out on the controversial remarks he made last week about “checking” his daughter’s hymen, his wife is a different story.
His wife Tiny just responded to fan concerns in a truly unique way.
To quickly recap, here’s what went down last week:
T.I. was on the Ladies Like Us podcast when he was asked if he had had the “sex talk” with his oldest daughter Deyjah Harris yet.
While it’s a pretty awkward question already, T.I. took things to new level of awkward with his response.
“Not only have we had the conversation. We have yearly trips to the gynecologist to check her hymen,” he said about the now-18-year-old.

Ever since the controversy got way out of hand, the episode was taken down.
Additionally, “Ladies Like Us” hosts Nazanin Mandi and Nadia Moham, have expressed their remorse for how they handled T.I.’s comments.
“We were completely caught off guard/shocked and looking back,” they wrote on Instagram.
“We should have reacted much differently in the moment.”
During the interview, T.I. even recalled leaving Deyjah a sticky note on her 16th birthday that read: “Gyno. Tomorrow. 9:30.'”
“So we’ll go and sit down and the doctor comes and talk, and the doctor’s maintaining a high level of professionalism,” T.I. explained.
Whenever the doctors tried to tell T.I. that the hymen could be broken in other ways than just sex, he wasn’t having it.
“So I say, ‘Look, Doc, she don’t ride no horses, she don’t ride no bike, she don’t play no sports. Just check the hymen, please, and give me back my results expeditiously.'”
Once people got wind of T.I.’s comments, the backlash was immediate.
Many found his interest in knowing whether his daughter’s hymen was still “intact” both violating and disturbing.
The concern for Deyjah was huge. She sent a silent, yet strong message when letting people know how she felt about everything.
She did so by liking three tweets on Twitter that majorly criticized her dad.
Obviously, there were some factual errors too.
A lot of people stepped up to share more accurate health information about the hymen and how it doesn’t signify virginity with any level of accuracy.
Some people can even be born without a hymen at all.
Some people felt like this whole ordeal must be embarrassing for Deyjah.
I know that if my dad had started publicly talking about anything even close to this when I was 18, I would’ve wanted to bury myself alive, and my dad’s not even famous.
People were furious.
“This hymen talk is very strange and at the core of it teaches your daughters their bodies aren’t theirs. Don’t do that,” wrote one Twitter user .
She even unfollowed some of her family members on social media.
This included her parents and her step-sister.
While it’s unclear where Deyjah’s relationship with her dad is now, one thing that is clear is her stepmom’s thoughts on the situation.
That’s because Tiny, who’s been married to T.I. since 2010, recently provided a unique response to everything.
It all started when Tiny posted this image of her and her husband.
“Mi amor por siempre…” she captioned the post, which is Spanish for “my love forever.”
Soon, someone expressed concern about Deyjah.
Tiny then responded by posting four rolling eyes emojis.
Her response — or rather, lack thereof — only served to further make people upset.
Some also pointed out how T.I. shouldn’t have started this whole mess in the first place.
“Maybe her husband shouldn’t of put their business out on a podcast,” user @__aribarbie wrote.
Some people pointed out that it’s not just Tiny who could be defending her from a mother figure standpoint.
Deyjah’s biological mother has also not publicly come out in defense of her daughter, although it isn’t clear if either her or Tiny knew about T.I.’s behavior.
While we still have yet to hear from T.I., that’s all about to change.
It’s been reported that both T.I. and Tiny will appear on next week’s episode of Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith.
