“She never spoke up for herself” sounds like she tried YTA. Also staying home more often than not brings out depression. Which is a very real and valid reason for being too tired. It also sounds, to me at least, that maybe your girlfriend is like this because of not good reasons. I myself am a very big people pleaser and it’s solely because of childhood trauma and tons of verbal abuse. However everyone is different and I could very well be wrong. But it’s still something to think about. Cook for yourself. If you can’t that for the first time in 10 f**king months, sounds like your girlfriend needs a new boyfriend
