If you have ever worked in retail , restaurants, or anywhere where you are in customer service, you know that there are some times when you just want to quit and give up.
Dealing with the general public can be very hard, especially when they feel entitled and that they are always right because they are paying. But, sometimes the customer is far too dumb to get it right.
Is this a serious question?

If you are going to offer someone a choice of two fries, like curly or straight, you would assume that they automatically know what the difference is between the two—right? Apparently, there are people in the world who really lack common sense.
Again, are we kidding?

Why is it that when people read things, they let it go in one ear and out the other? What is the difference between boneless and bone-in wings? Honestly, this is absolutely atrocious to be asked this question at all.
Sure, that’s how technology works.

Reddit user Garvilan says that they had a customer working as a tech person that was arguing with them that their laptop would not turn on, and that they didn’t need to charge it or plug it in because it was a laptop.
I really just am confused.

Do you ever look at someone and wonder what goes through their mind? How can they be so dumb, thoughtless, and really clueless? How would you respond to a customer that asks you this question?
Ummm….no….

{Reddit user Closer-To-The-Sun]( https://www.reddit.com/user/Closer-To-The-Sun ) said that they were ringing up a customer and they gave a customer the total of $32, but they only had $20. So, they asked if they can still have it…for $20.
Entlted much?

If you don’t want to pay full price, you don’t have to, but you also do not get to buy whatever it is that you want, either. Stop trying to clown your way out of paying for things, we all need our paychecks.
SMH.

“Back in college, I worked over the summer for a tour bus company in Washington, DC. While driving past the Washington Monument, a woman asked me ‘How do they get all the flags to fly in the same direction?'” wrote Reddit user vmoaq
I mean, yes.

Green lemons? Honestly, do people skip the part of class where you go through the food pyramid and you learn about different fruits and vegetables? It’s a bit too much to see how clueless people are!
EXCUSE ME?

If you are going to order something with the name in the product, you have to stop trolling employees and bothering them with your dumb questions. Chicken wings are clearly made with chicken. Not cow, not pig, not lamb. Chicken.
Well, that’s rude of you to lie.

One Reddit user said that when serving a customer, they offered them jalapenos for their nachos and they said they were “allergic.”
So, they said they can’t have the salsa or queso, because they have jalapenos in there. They said, “oh, I’m not really allergic, just don’t love them.”
Wrong place, ma’am.

If you are going to bring your picky child into a restaurant, take them to a place you know they will like and they will eat. Don’t ask for food that the place doesn’t serve and then get mad about it!
Is this science class or a restaurant?

Someone needs to send her back to physics class to teach her about liquids, solids, and gasses. This takes some serious patience to deal with someone of this caliber of dumb and stupid.
What do you need the ax for, ma’am?

To be honest, if you are buying an ax, you should pretty much know that it is going to be sharp. What are you using an ax for? Chopping wood? You need it to be sharp.
What do you think LEGOS are?

Everyone knows LEGOS come in pieces and the entire point of them is to build it into something. If you buy them and you are disappointed they came in pieces, what is the point of even buying them at all?
This is the key to service.

If someone complains that there is too much/too little ice in their drink, I promise you that they will not notice if you take it and bring it back without any changes. People like to complain and don’t even notice.
