Woman Got Sued By Her Date For 'Breaking A Verbal Contract' For Not Sleeping With Him

Some people cannot handle rejection when it comes to dating. While some take everything in stride and keep it moving, others get pretty bent out of shape when things don't go as expected.

Overall, it's pretty hard to deal with someone who takes rejection a bit too far. If you've ever experienced someone like that, you totally understand the drama.

Dating is NOT easy.

Between all the weird rules that society makes up for us in the dating world, it can feel more like a rollercoaster than we would enjoy.

So when things get weird, it makes dating even worse.

Like when men think they are owed something.

Let's make something clear: if someone says no to anything the answer is no. There is no workaround.

But some people don't always take no as an answer, and unfortunately sometimes it can get very out of hand.

One TikTok user shared the response she had gotten from a date that is really one for the books.

Emily, who on TikTok goes by @your.big.sis.emi, shared the story of going on a date with a guy named Chad, who was studying to be a lawyer.

The two matched on Tinder.

Apparently, Chad "assumed" she was going to sleep with him on their date. But, Emily said she never agreed to intercourse or even hooking up at all.

A few days later, Emily got served papers from Chad.

According to her TikTok:

"A few days later he had paid someone to serve me with papers to, like, sue me for 'breaking a verbal contract."

"But it's okay, I fixed it because he had spent a bunch of the time telling me about how his dad's a lawyer."

"So I made an appointment with his dad and just told on him to his dad," Emily said.

Aside from the fact she didn't want to sleep with him, she said there was a legit reason.

Emily said once he had removed his underwear, she "smelled a smell" and that there were "skid marks" on his underwear. Talk about disgusting.

Emily said when she saw it, she totally "did abort mission" and left. He took this as "breaking a verbal contract" and decided to sue.

Then, after he found the video, Chad tried to sue her for "slander."

However, Emily spoke to another lawyer who told her she has "nothing to worry about" because no one can truly find out who "Chad" is by just his name.

She also said he's musty' and 'lame' and that it's really time to move on.

Apparently, this all went down two years ago! Wow, talk about fragile ego.

You really have to be the king of holding grudges for something like this to go down.

Needless to say, everyone was on the woman's side.
