A Woman Defends Her Decision To Marry A 93-Year-Old Chandelier Named Luminere

Love is a tricky, complicated thing, but a lot of us enjoy being part of it.

That being said, not every single person in the world wants to be in a relationship with someone. Sometimes because it's just not for them, and other times because they rather have a relationship with something instead of someone.

Have you ever heard of objectophilia?

If you haven't, it's when someone romanticizes inanimate objects, and having any kind of close romantic relationship with another person is not for them.

Amanda LIberty, a woman from Leeds, recently opened up about her own objectophilia.

She said that she would be marrying a German chandelier Luminere, and she is not ashamed of it either. And believe you me, she won't let others make her feel bad about it.

"I didn't understand it for a long time to be honest but I always accepted myself even though I didn't understand it."

"Even now it's hard to explain because I don't know why I fall in love with objects, I can't explain it," she told Channel 4's daytime show Steph's Packed Lunch.

She continued:

"But I've accepted myself for who I am and this is why I came here, because I want everybody else to just accept and be happy - because it makes me feel happy and content."

As long as she's happy!
