10+ Times The Instructions Were As Clear As Mud

I don't know about you, but I like when things are as clear as day. So, when confusion enters my life, I'm not a happy camper. That's why I absolutely can't stand misleading instructions.

Apparently, so do a lot of people. There is even a Reddit dedicated to it, ha, ha! So I've pulled a few examples of frustrating directions you, too, can laugh about today.

1. This Paper Airplane

I'm pretty sure this isn't how you would make a paper airplane. Whoever came up with this must've skipped a step or two. So, good luck trying to figure this out. I think I'm going to give up now.

2. This Wooden Puzzle

I love wooden puzzles — aren't they're so amazing? I adore simple toys like that. However, I think somebody forgot to include the rest of the freaking instructions. I mean, come on! You can't tease people like that!

3. This Painting Example

Oh cool, they teach kids how to paint at Legoland. Wait, what am I missing here? I thought they were showing a hand drawing. So, where did the lion come from, huh? It's confusing even for an adult, ha, ha!

3. These Ikea Instructions

Am I seeing this correctly? Did these Ikea instructions tell people to throw away one of the parts? Why would they include it in the first place? Is this a joke, or should I take this seriously?

5. This Blinds Manual

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the reason people need the manual is that they need help installing the thing. This one just states the obvious. But hey, at least they told them what tools to use.

6. This Child's Toy

Have you ever gotten your kid a toy for Christmas that you couldn't assemble yourself? Um, I think this person can totally relate to your situation. Now their kid is crying. Thanks a lot, dad!

7. This Solid Advice

Do you want to know how to make an extra $500 a month? All you have to do is follow this advice. It's amazing how this tells you what to do without actually telling you how to do it.

8. This House Drawing

I absolutely love the final drawing here. But I have to admit I have a hard time getting past the first step. Are you just as lost as me? If you are, that makes me feel so much better.

9. This Nail Art Logic

It's nice to be able to learn a new skill. For example, you can teach yourself how to do nail art and charge people a lot for it. However, I don't think this is how you do it, lol!

10. This Dog Drawing Manual

Can you call something a manual if it only has two steps? Ha, ha, I guess not. But I have to admit everything about this is making me laugh out loud. How about you, huh?

11. This Batman Instructional T-shirt

OMG, who knew drawing Batman could be this easy. At least according to this T-shirt. I have to admit they're pretty much, poking fun at the exact point I'm trying to make. I would totally get this for myself.

12. These Coffee Table Instructions

Don't you hate it when people say, "This thing practically builds itself" when they try to sell you something? No, it doesn't. I'm never going to fall for this crap again. Have they gotten to you too?

13. This Hair Tutorial

How pretty is this bridal updo? But here's where my problem lies: I get steps one and two, but what happens between two and three leaves something to the imagination. Am I right? This is why I hate doing my own hair.

OMG, wasn't this totally frustrating?

I mean, what the heck is up with that? I would be so furious if I encountered any of these. How about you? Do crazy instructions drive you bonkers, too? I can't be alone in this.
