And, of course, the hilarious fails from people like Ryan Reynolds.
Now, thanks to Mariah Carey’s recent viral video, it looks like we have a new winner in our midsts!
Hide yo kids and hide yo bottles, because the latest social media challenge to dominate the internet is here.
It’s called the #BottleCapChallenge (or #BottleTopChallenge if you’re Mariah Carey) and celebs everywhere have been kicking it into high gear.
The challenge involves twisting a bottle cap off in one swift kick.
While it might sound easy, it totally isn’t.
Judging by these hilarious fails, at least.
We can thank Ryan Reynolds and Blake Shelton for these!
Ryan was up first.
With an intro that dramatic, we had a good feeling.
Then again, Ryan never lets us down in the humor department.
Blake Shelton had a similar go that resulted in this hilarious ending.
At least both fellas were able to promote their own alcohol!
Shaq tested the limits of his friendship with his, um, “attempt.”
Nothing like a kick in the face to really cement a friendship for life.
There was also this hilarious fail that went viral.
We’re not sure who this guy is; all we know is that he deserves a medal.
As for those who *did* complete the challenge, actor Jason Statham was one of the first.
He was nominated by the person who reportedly started it all: Tae Kwon Do champion, Farabi Davletchin.
John Mayer was up next, proving quickly that he’s more than just a pretty face.
That stare at the end says it all: he knows he’s a total winner.
Donnie Yen proved he was the master when he completed the challenge.
BLINDFOLD.
“This could be Tom Cruise’s head,” Justin Bieber said before ninja-ing a bottle.
The “I Don’t Care” singer ended up nominating Tom Cruise and his wife, Hailey.
Hailey happily obliged.
While riding on what looked like a lawn mower, the model’s long model legs helped a ton.
Kendall Jenner followed suit — this time on a jet ski.
The Kardashian Klan were blown away, as several members of the famous fam left comments.
This iconic moment of Mariah’s challenge win has even become one of the most viral tweets of 2019!
It currently has over 1.5 million likes and over 534,000 retweets!
Now, the latest celebrity to totally nail the challenge is Mariah Carey.
Forget her legs; Mariah knows her greatest asset is her voice.
The singer’s voice is so powerful, it can also open up garage doors!
Meanwhile, my voice scares everyone away.
It also led to a few hilarious parodies, like this one.
But for the most part, people were hella impressed.

This is a major vocal comeback for the singer who has struggled publicly with her voice for the past few years.
Back in 2014, a clip of her isolated vocals was released.
It was her Rockefeller performance of “All I Want for Christmas Is You”.
People said Christmas was ruined because she struggled to hit those high notes.
I mean, it was a huge shock to some since Mariah can usually hit notes that only dogs can hear.
So we’re just glad to see that her voice is clearly back at its prime.
Plus, she even broke the internet again after posting her challenge video with this hilarious tweet.
