I used to be sluggish, and now my level of energy is through the roof. It’s like magic, but you have to earn that magic.
Practicing Moderation
The 48-year-old prioritizes working out but recognizes that overdoing it is not sustainable. Therefore, she restricts her workouts to one hour and about three to four times a week. She states that it gives her enough time to recover and keeps her energy levels high for every workout session.
