Jenelle Evans' Sons Removed From Home After Husband Kills Family Dog

The apparent family drama surrounding former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans continues to develop. It's a sad story, and deals with cruelty to animals, so anyone sensitive to this should take note.

The tragedy has apparently ripped Evans' family apart.

Evans has been in the spotlight for a long time.

She cut her teeth on the second season of the reality show 16 and Pregnant, then moved onto Teen Mom 2 in 2011. In both series, Jenelle was forced to balance motherhood with partying.

These days, she's all about the mom life.

She goes by Jenelle Eason now, after marrying David Eason.

Eason is no stranger to controversy, having been fired by MTV for allegedly tweeting homophobic remarks.

Though his twitter account has since been deactivated, MTV said in a statement to E! News, "David Eason's personal comments do not reflect the views of MTV. With six weeks left of production on Teen Mom 2, effective immediately, we are ending our relationship with him."

They've been raising a family together.

Eason is not the biological father to either of Evans' sons, but has been helping her raise them. That appears to be in jeopardy, however, after a disturbing story came to light.

Eason shot and killed their dog.

Nugget, their French bulldog (not the one seen here), recently died unexpectedly. According to Evans herself, Eason beat and shot the dog dead. Eason says he only did it because it bit their two-year-old daughter.

It's a sad story.

Evans shared an Instagram post shortly after the incident. "He just took [the dog] and shot her in the woods, about two acres away from the house," she told US Weekly.

Eason has no regrets.

"I don't give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face...whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I don't put up with that s*** at all," he told TMZ.

Things have taken another turn.

Now, about two weeks after the dog was shot and killed, Child Protective Services have apparently removed both of Evans' sons from the family home.

According to TMZ, one of her sons won't be allowed back to visit.

MTV has also announced they have cut ties with Evans.

In a statement to Us Weekly, an MTV spokesperson said, "We have stopped filming with Jenelle Eason as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season.”

It's complicated.

One son is reportedly in the custody of Evans' mom while the other is staying with his biological father. It's this son that was allegedly in the house when the dog was beaten and killed. Evans has spoken to Us Weekly about her take on this sitation.

She stated that her son Kaiser was taken from his daycare by his grandmother without notice or consent.

"CPS told [his father's mother] to take Kaiser without my consent and still have no legal paperwork signed by the judge stating my kids are taken from me," Evans says. She also adds that she is currently in talks with a lawyer regarding this situation.

As for her other son, Jace, Evans says it's her mother attempting to punish her for losing her job.

"My mom is keeping Jace from me, nobody else," Evans told Us Weekly. "My mom is taking it out on me for being let go from MTV."

What about their daughter?

Their daughter is Evans' only child to whom Eason is the father. TMZ says the little girl is believed to still be in the family home at the current time.

What next?

Combing through Eason's Instagram, it's clear that he values his guns. Alluding to this, TMZ reports that authorities are tentative about entering the home again because of Eason's temper and firepower.

What do you think?
