Well, some people disagreed, like this Instagram user who felt KoKo had edited her selfie so much she had removed any sign of the mole Khloé has on her face.
User @ashmarsmi pointed out it's just FaceTune foundation covering up the mole!
People also pointed out Khloé eyes look like they've been "pulled back (presumably with either filler, botox or an eye lift) too much."
