Cardi B Wants You To Know She's Done Being Your Child's Role Model

Now call me crazy, but I've always believed it's a parents job to raise their children and teach them what they believe is appropriate, and what's not.

Of course, social media has made this job harder and I can recognize this. I'm not a total monster, ya know?

But you know who's about done taking your parenting guilt on? CARDI B.

These days Cardi B's straight stuntin, can't tell her nothin.

Since her career totally blew up two years ago, Cardi has become unstoppable.

Since welcoming baby Kulture into the world with fellow rapper and music mogul husband Offset, Cardi has been loving her new role as mom!

When discussing motherhood to sweet baby Kulture, Cardi gushed "my favorite thing about being a mother is that I have somebody to look forward to looking at every day and night."

She continued, "I love my babies face. I love her breath. I love her smile. And, I love how she looks at me."

But just because Cardi is a kick-ass mom, doesn't mean she isn't that same baddie we all knew and fell in love with.

After posting a VERY NSFW picture on her Twitter, she replied back to haters saying that basically, she's just being Miley Cardi.

People were not appeased, which lead Cardi to remind people she's not a role model.

"For these past two years I been watching what I say and I haven’t been myself. I been feeling trap and sad cause it’s not ME," she wrote.

She continued, "but everybody tell me to be it for me to be this “role model”and guess what ? People still spit my past right in my face."

Of course, fans believe Cardi is referring to the recently rehashed drama involving her past as a sex worker.

Cardi opened up on social media about her Instagram live from years back, where she admitted to drugging men and stealing from them.

"So I’m seeing on social media that a [Instagram] live I did 3 years ago has popped back up. A live where I talked about things I had to do in my past right or wrong that I felt I needed to do to make a living."

She continued, "I never glorified the things I brought up in that live I never even put those things in my music because I’m not proud of it and feel a responsibility not to glorify it."

"I made the choices that I did at the time because I had very limited options."

"I was blessed to have been able to rise from that but so many women have not. Whether or not they were poor choices at the time I did what I had to do to survive."

She concluded, "I have a past that I can’t change, we all do."

This admission enraged many Cardi fans, and clearly people are still fired up about her behavior.

Which further sparked anger in her "role model" rant.

Cardi concluded her tweet, "So for now imma be my old self again."

Fortunately, it seemed fans have taken Cardi's side because hey, not everyone is child-friendly.

It's TRULY as simple as that!

You go @jade_desere! Pop off on them haters, honey!

Cardi's a damn entertainer, after all, not a Sunday school teacher!

I think this mom has the right idea, tbh.

Cardi is just trying to make the people dance and laugh, who cares if she's a little raunchy while she's doing it?
