As you may know by now, Selma Blair is battling MS.
She's been very open about her struggle while maintaining a positive and uplifting attitude about the whole thing.
She's also been spending a lot of time with some old friends, and it's kind of great.
For those who don't know, MS is an incurable, chronic disease that attacks healthy tissue in the central nervous system.
Recently, she showed fans how she puts on makeup with limited fine motor skills. She laughed as she swirled a large poweder brush over her face as quickly as she could. We love her.
They've been friends for literally decades, which is pretty awesome.
It seems as though Selma has been spending a lot of time catching up with old friends lately.
"I like this man. I am not alone in feeling this way. Notice our #underdog shirts. He has #misfits while I have on #badnewsbears . We are all a #timecapsule in this photo," she wrote.
Selma had reached out Michael after she was diagnosed with MS. Michael has been battling Parkinson's disease since 1991.
Selma knew full well how iconic she was being.
"I just blew your minds. Right?" she added.
So many icons who date way back to our childhoods. Love it!
Selma and Michael are two people in this world who do good, and are only loved and adored by fans.
She's been extremely positive and encouraging so far, and is using her social media platform for some amazing work!
