Brian Austin Green's Ex Shares Her Support For Megan Fox Amid Instagram Drama

Divorce and breakups are often the messiest when there are kids involved, as often both parents don't always agree on what's best for their children, especially when it comes to hot button issues like social media.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have caused a lot of controversy after a recent public call-out related to that very subject.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green were married for ten years.

The couple, who split in late 2019, share three children together, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.

While at first their split seemed amicable, there has been rising tension when it comes to pictures of their children shared online.

Brian recently shared a photo of himself dressed for Halloween that included their son, Journey. Megan left a lengthy comment.

In the comment, she asked Brian why their son had to be included in the picture, writing, "Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It's not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren't in."

"I had a great halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media."

"I know you love your kids. But I don't know why you can't stop using them to posture via Instagram. You're so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I'm an absent mother and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year."

"You have them half the time," Megan continued.

"Congratulations you are truly a remarkable human! Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you?" Megan's comment finished.

Brian did not respond to the comment.

Brian did, however, delete the post and reupload a version with Journey cropped out.

This isn't the first time the former couple has used Instagram to comment on their split.

In August, Megan had shared a photo with her new boyfriend, rapper Machine Gun Kelly.

Alongside the black and white photo which showed the new couple in swimwear and towels, Megan captioned the photo with "Achingly beautiful boy... my heart is yours," alongside two knife emojis and a black heart emoji.

Brian responded by uploading a post of his own.

Sharing a collage of his four sons' faces, including his oldest son from a previous relationship, Brian wrote a very similar caption: "Achingly beautiful boys... my heart is yours."

Many saw this as a petty swipe at Megan's post.

Now Brian's ex, Vanessa Marcil, seems to have shared her support for Megan amidst the drama.

Vanessa, who dated Brian from 1999 to 2003 and is the mother of Brian's oldest child, Kassius, shared a cryptic message to her Instagram page shortly after the drama broke, writing, "Like I said.... The truth always comes out in the end...." and adding the much less cryptic caption, "I'm With You Sister," in a hashtag.

Many are taking this as support for Megan.

"I think this is cathartic for her because someone finally understands what she’s going through," one fan wrote in Vanessa's comments, while another added, "She knows better than anyone what he's like as a dad!"

However, some people think Vanessa shouldn't be commenting.

"This isn't your relationship... maybe you should stay out of it and worry about your own kids!" one commenter wrote, while others pointed out that she didn't specifically name anyone or reference the situation directly.
