Jessica Simpson Stuns Fans With Yoga Pic After Her 100lb Weight Loss

Celebrities' journeys to health and fitness are so fascinating. Whether it's Kelly Osbourne, Rebel Wilson, Adele, or even Channing Tatum, we love to see that celebrities have to put in the same hard work that we all do to stay healthy!

That, of course, also includes pop star, actress, and writer Jessica Simpson as well.

This year has been a pretty big one when it comes to celebrity transformations.

Rebel Wilson, for example, has been stunning her fans during what she's dubbed her "Year of Health" with her frequent and amazing transformation and progress pics that she's shared on her Instagram.

She looks fantastic!

Kelly Osbourne also recently shared a pretty dramatic transformation.

Kelly revealed that she had lost an amazing 85 pounds after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery, and fans almost couldn't believe how different she looked as a result!

Jessica Simpson is no stranger to amazing fans with her health journey either.

Jessica Simpson has obviously always been gorgeous.

Jessica has also always been open about the pressure she's felt surrounding her body and her image as a pop star and as an actress, but it's clear she hasn't let that pressure stop her from achieving her own fitness goals.

In her memoir, *Open Book*, that came out earlier this year, Jessica opened up about her history with struggling with her weight.

Jessica revealed that in 1997, when she was only 17, she had been flown to New York to meet with Tommy Mottola, the CEO of Sony Music Entertainment. Tony had told her that he wanted to sign her, but she'd "have to lose 15 pounds."

"I was five-foot-three and weighed 118," Jessica explained.

She then wrote that Tommy told her that that's what it would take for her to become successful.

The incident caused Jessica to begin a strict diet and also to start taking diet pills, which she would remain on for the next 20 years.

Jessica has always been open about her struggles with her body image.

And like everyone else, Jessica hasn't hidden the fact that her weight and her self-esteem have fluctuated over the years.

That's why we love to see Jessica feeling so confident in her own skin, regardless of how she looks!

Jessica recently shared that she had lost an amazing 100lbs after the birth of her third child.

"6 months. 100 pounds down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240 😜) My first trip away from #BIRDIEMAE and emotional for many reasons, but so proud to feel like myself again. Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder," Jessica wrote at the time.

Jessica recently shared this amazing shot of herself doing yoga to her Instagram.

"Starting the week with a warrior mindset aligned with the beauty of the sunset," she shared alongside the powerful shot.

Of course, the comments section was immediately flooded with fans praising the star and her dedication to her fitness journey!

"Wow!! You look sooo good girl!! Keep doing whatever you are doing!" one fan wrote.

"I wish I looked half this amazing when I do yoga, LOL!" another fan commented, while one wrote, "AMAZING! You look so at peace!"

We love to see that Jessica is continuing to thrive while looking amazing and confident doing so!
