An disabled pitbull named Pigeon has warmed hearts everywhere after her dog momma shared a video of the sweet pup positively overflowing with excitement at the sight of her wheelchair.

Pigeon The Disabled Pitbull Can't Contain Her Excitement When It's Wheelchair Time
If the name Pigeon sounds familiar, that's because this adorable pittie has actually gone viral before, back in 2019 when she was first introduced to her wheelchair.
In that clip, shared to her official Instagram page, Pigeon can be seen bouncing all around as she takes in her very own custom wheelchair, courtesy of Eddie’s Wheels, an organization that specializes in making wheelchairs for animals.
Her human, Erica, adopted Pigeon a few years ago after the pup was brought in to Fetch Canine Rehab as a disabled dog.
Although little is known of her life before she was admitted to the facility, Pigeon is believed to have been in a car accident with her previous owner which paralyzed her rear legs.
Tragically, the dog was abandoned by her owner after the accident.
But this story has a happy ending, because Pigeon and her new momma, Erica, were able to find each other and become a beautiful family.
"I knew we were meant to be together," Erica told Good Morning America. “She’s just so capable that you forget that she’s paralyzed."
"It's hard to describe her — she's joy personified. Joy and tenacity probably," she continued. “She’s stronger and more resilient than I’ve ever been and she inspires me every single day. It is difficult to have a bad day around Pigeon.”
Since receiving her wheelchair, Pigeon has turned into an absolutely unstoppable force.
The device gives her the ability to zoom around to her wild heart's desire, something which she definitely doesn't take for granted.
And it certainly explains why she becomes so unbelievably excited the second she sees Erica pulling the chair out.
In a recent video posted to Instagram, Erica showed exactly what happens when Pigeon realizes it's wheelchair time.
In the clip, the adorable pittie simply can't sit still as Erica prepares to fit her into her wheelchair. The dog bounces around on the floor, pawing at her device in an effort to get into it even faster.
And once she's in, Pigeon is all smiles as she prepares for a full day of zoomies.
It's incredibly hard, if not entirely *impossible* to frown while watching Pigeon get excited about her wheelchair.
This is the very definition of wholesome content!
