There's a new Meghan Markle in town.
Turns out, stepping down from her royal duties and relocating to Calfornia was the best decision she and Prince Harry could have made.
The couple, who are also the parents to 11-month old Archie, first announced their departure back in January.
On March 30, they posted their final send-off on their Instagram account.
They also shut down comments entirely, making it impossible for users to write any new ones.
It was reported to People that the couple has moved to Los Angeles, Meghan's hometown.
It was reported back in March that she did voiceover work for the Disneynature documentary, Elephants.
The documentary is now streaming on Disney+
She wrote Together: Our Community Cookbook back in 2018.
The defunct blog had a huge emphasis on food and cooking, as that is one of Meghan's passion.
At least, that's what a source close to the couple said told Us Weekly.
“Harry and Meghan were really excited to move to L.A.,” they said.
Before their move, a separate source even told the mag that the couple had big plans to rebrand themselves following their exit from their royal duties.
“They are losing out on potential paid opportunities by having to keep a low profile.”
“They’ve been looking forward to [moving], and they’re very content and happy to finally be all settled in,” the first insider said.
“And of course, Meghan feels more at home too and she’s really starting to feel like herself again.”
“For Harry, the thing is, he’s always wanted Meghan to be happy, safe, and comfortable,” the source said.
So cute!
The couple even has some upcoming projects in the works together.
“We connected to this concept for the charitable organisation we hoped to build one day, and it became the inspiration for our son’s name,” the couple previously told The Telegraph.
The foundation will focus on offering support groups and keeping its users mentally healthy.
She went through a lot being a member of the royal family.
Homegirl deserves to finally feel free and happy!
