Kristen Bell And Dax Shepard Admit They're 'At Each Other's Throats' During Isolation

Leave it up to Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard to still remain relatable during isolation!

While some celebs are busy singing "Imagine," this longtime couple just revealed that they've been "at each other's throats" a lot during isolation.

Kristen Bell and Dax Sherpard are doing their part to help others during the coronavirus pandemic.

Over the past few weeks, they've done everything from giving their tenants free rent to sharing some hilarious content while the world is starving for entertainment.

Let's start with the free rent since most people didn't know that the couple are landlords!

Together, they own Pringus Property LLC, a company that owns two residential buildings.

In March, TMZ shared the email that the company sent out to all of its tenants, waiving April's rent to help with any income loss.

In their email, the company "promised to work with residents going forward as best as possible as everyone learns to adjust to the public health crisis."

This kind gesture was praised online by fans who wished that more landlords would follow suit.

As for the couple's hilarious content, that's also been rich.

"Nothing better to do but celebrate #dryhumpday with some moisture masks, couples style. Xo #stayhome #staymoisturized @morehetime @get_rael," Bell captioned the hilarious image.

They've even let people know that it's okay to fight with their partners during the quarantine.

After all, they've been doing a lot of that themselves....

The couple recently revealed that during an Instagram Live interview with Katie Couric.

“We’re getting along good with the kids and we’re getting along good with adults we’re friends with,” Shepard explained about being at home with Bell and their two daughters, Delta, 5, and Lincoln, 7.

As for the couple, though? Things haven't been so smooth.

“This has been stressful for mama and dada,” he said before Bell admitted that, “We’ve been at each other’s throats, real bad.”

What we imagine this looks like for the couple:

Ah, love.

The 'Parenthood' star then joked that the interview was perfect timing since they had just finished fighting "like eight minutes ago."

“This is as physically close as we’ve been in a couple of days ’cause we’ve just found each other revolting,” the Good Place actress also joked.

“America’s sweetheart has some character defects," Dax shot back.

During the interview, Dax even stepped away from the camera and began to get on Kristen's nerves in real-time.

“What is he doing?” Couric asked, laughing.

Kristen looked baffled as she said, "Just making noises, to poke me."

Couric tried to play relationship therapist, as she suggested that the couple spend some time apart.

"Like, you have your little space and he has his little space," she said.

"It’s impossible," the 'Frozen' actress said, shaking her head.

“He’s too big, Katie. He’s too loud and too big. He’s everywhere,” she added.

Katie mentioned that what the couple is going through is a relatable struggle for a lot of families and couples right now.

Their situation might not be ideal, but it's a lot better than the alternative: being completely separated.

That's what they went through a week ago after Dax had to be isolated away from the fam due to recent travel.

"@daxshepard Got back from travelling on Monday. To be cautious, I asked him to stay at a friend's empty apartment for a bit to make sure he had no symptoms," Bell captioned a video on Instagram.

"Today we were missing him so much, we did the only logical thing we knew how to do. Danced outside his window to a @bensplatt and @dearevanhansen serenade. #staysane #stayhome #wereinthistogether #wavingthroughawindow."

Now that the family is together, they've been keeping busy with a lot of Netflix.

Kristen told Katie that the family has watched Contagion, a movie that depicts how diseases like COVID-19 spread, three times.

Couric laughed and said that the family is cut off from watching it again.

Like the rest of the world, they've also been watching 'Tiger King.' Dax even wants to campaign to play Joe Exotic!

Now that's something we'd love to see, so long as Kristen plays Carole Baskin!
