Investigation: Jackson Mahomes Accused Of Forcibly Kissing Woman And Shoving Waiter

Jackson is a 22-year-old internet personality famous for cheering and documenting his brother, Patrick Mahome’s games and giving his followers a look at his life through his TikTok and YouTube videos.

When Jackson started making his videos, he received backlash and was accused of using the chief’s quarterback for clout. The football player's brother boasts a following of 35.8k on his Twitter and 1.1 million on Tiktok.

During his first YouTube video, Jackson addressed the accusations by saying, "Do I use him for clout? No, I mean, I don't necessarily use him for clout, but there are a lot of advantages, and I get a lot of opportunities by being his brother, so that's pretty cool."

While the chiefs Quarterback has been the most loved player due to his amazing skills, Jackson, his brother, is unfortunately not liked by the NFL fans due to his involvement in previous controversies.

In Dec 2019, Jackson and Patrick’s wife, Brittany, started a feud with the Barstool Sports CEO as they taunted Patriots fans. 

In Sept 2021, Jackson was again involved in a controversy after he threw water on Ravens fans upon the chiefs' loss to the Baltimore.

The Superbowl champion’s brother was recently accused of assaulting a female and a waiter at a bar outside Kansas City.

Jackson Mahomes was accused of forcefully holding the 40-year-old female by her throat and kissing her. The victim of the assault owns Aspen restaurant.

In light of the recent events, the police are investigating the matter by reviewing the restaurant's security recordings from Saturday night.

The authorities have not yet issued a report but have released a statement, “The Police Department is aware of an incident that occurred on Feb. 25, 2023, at a business near 151st and Metcalf. The department is still investigating. Releasing any additional information would be inappropriate at this time.”

Brandan Davies, Jackson’s Attorney, released a statement saying, “Jackson has done nothing wrong; our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser, including the statements of several witnesses.”

In support of his client Jackson, Brandan said, “We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.”

In an interview, Aspen recalled the events that ensued on Saturday night at her bar. She said that Jackson held her by the throat twice and kissed her. In addition to her statement, she also provided video footage of the assault.

While spilling all the details regarding her assault, Aspen said that his advances were unwelcome and shocking, and Jackson did them out of intoxication.

The bar owner said, “He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere, and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying ‘what are you doing?' and he proceeded to do it twice."

Vaughn recalled the massive height difference between the two as she spoke about her yelling for help as he is 6 ft 6 and Aspen is 5 ft 4.

Aspen opened up about her stepdaughter’s friendship with Jackson, which made him a frequent guest at Aspen’s.

In December, the bar owner posted a picture of Jackon sitting beside her. Aspen wrote about Jackson as a good kid in the comments.

When talking about Jackson's frequent visits, the bar owner said that he is disruptive and treats the bar workers poorly, which only adds to his history of controversies.
