The actress and TV show host posed in a green silk dress with ruched details on the chest, a draped balloon sleeve meshed with a long sleeve, and a matching silk scarf. Barrymore draped the scarf over her chestnut brown hair and knotted it beneath her chin, milkmaid-style.

The Handmaid’s Tale comparison came because of the similarities between the free-flowing red dress and white hats the handmaids in the Hulu series wear and VB’s AW23 ensemble.
