Regardless of what you feel about Britain's royal family, you can't deny that Prince Harry has been really unpacking a lot of stuff in recent years.

Sit-Down Interview

However, it seems like he's not yet done sharing his experiences as a member of the royal family, as evidenced by his upcoming live stream event with trauma expert and researcher, Dr. Gabor Maté.

Discussing His Book

During their talk, Prince Harry is expected to discuss the contents of his tell-all book, Spare, where the 40-year-old Duke of Sussex talks candidly about how difficult it was for him to grow up in the rather isolated world of royalty.

The official memoir, which was apparently shortened for brevity, told the captivating backstory behind his and the royal family's rift, as well as everything that led up to who he is now.

Tracing back to Harry's royal lineage and his mother, Diana's, untimely passing, Spare details his life from childhood up until the present day. We follow him through adulthood, as he ties the knot with Meghan Markle, and together, they make their landmark decision to step away from royal responsibilities.

Controversial Contents

Prince Harry says that he thinks his father and his brother, King Charles and Prince William, respectively, may not be able to forgive him if he were to reveal everything. Not that this is surprising -- Prince William's wife, Kate Middleton, already expressed her negative emotions upon finding out about the tell-all book.

Shortened for Brevity

"The first draft was 800 pages, and now it's down to 400 pages," Prince Harry says in an interview with The Daily Telegraph. "It could have been two books, put it that way. And the hard bit was taking things out."

Topics of the Event

For the live stream event, Dr. Maté will apparently be delving into how significant personal healing is, along with exploring the impact of emotional loss. This is meant to generate an open-minded conversation with Prince Harry about his mental and emotional health.

Harry Has Touched On this Before

If you may remember, the Duke has previously tackled these topics in his book and the Apple TV+ series, The Me You Can't See, which was co-produced with Oprah Winfrey.

The exciting part? Viewers of the live stream will be able to ask questions and hear Prince Harry's thoughts on the matter.

Rules and Regulations

However, there do seem to be a few strict rules that interested viewers are going to have to abide by if they want to watch the show.

No Recording Allowed

For one, viewers are not allowed to record the event under any circumstances, and it will only be available live.

Questions Need Approval First

Two, although viewers are allowed to submit questions, they will first have to be reviewed and approved.

No Audience Participation

Audience participation is also disabled, so the chat featured will be turned off during the event, which isn't the usual case in virtual conferences.

The Internet Is Divided

Online, people are divided on the British royal's decision to speak about his experiences.

'Thirsty for Attention'

Some think that Prince Harry is merely "thirsty for attention." They also compared him to his wife, American celebrity Meghan Markle.

Could Harry Not Be Genuine?

"Turns out Harry is just as thirsty for attention as his wife. And we've discovered that he is a compulsive liar like she is too. What a match."

"There isn't anything these two wouldn't do for the almighty dollar," says one commenter. "Was going to say he'd sell his grandma if he could, but he literally did."

Referencing South Park's Episode

Others brought up the recent South Park episode entitled Worldwide Privacy Tour, which took a blunt but rather hilarious jab at his and his wife's public image.

Others Sympathize With the Prince

Still, some defended Prince Harry's right to tell his story, especially since the topic is about mental health.

"The guy is talking about mental health and you all mock him," one tweet says. "This is why men don't speak up about their feelings and issues. Do better."

"I'm game to learn from a person sharing their experiences," another fan replies. "It's called empathy and compassion. You should try it."

Catching Up on the Event

The live stream event between Prince Harry and Dr. Maté is set to take place on March 4 at 12 PM EST. The ticket, which costs $33.09, includes a hard copy of his book, Spare. If you're a fan of Prince Harry or British royalty, this is an intimate discussion you won't want to miss!
