TMZ got the first scoop from his manager on Saturday at 2:00 A.m. after her collapsed from a brain aneurysm. The Emergency Medical Service responded immediately and drove Sizemore to a local hospital.
DUI Arrests
Sizemore has had rough years, including several run-ins with the law. In January 2020, local police in Glendale, CA, pulled the actor's car around 2:00 a.m. on a Thursday under suspicion of driving under the influence.
Second Arrest In Six Months
Upon arrest, the police found the actor with narcotics and proceeded to book him for a DUI charge. It marked his second arrest for drugs after Burbank police booked him in 2019.
Plea Deal To Stay Clean
The actor negotiated a plea deal which meant he must stay clean of drugs for a year to avoid jail. So, his arrest in 2020 meant he violated the terms of the deal.
