As a first-time lottery ticket buyer, Lamour asked her grandfather for advice, and he suggested QuickPick. Shockingly, the first time proved to be the charm for Lamour, who carted home a whopping C$48 million.

According to Daily mail, when her victory was announced on February 3, the responsible teen said, "I have to think about it."

"We're going to keep friends and family in mind. And tonight, I'm still a university student, so I'm planning on finishing my biology report."
