Jessica Simpson is all about a healthy life now including maintaining a balanced diet, working out, and all that good stuff. But who says you can't have fun while at it?
Jessica Simpson was seen laughing loudly in a new behind-the-scenes Instagram photo as she squatted on the set of her most recent project on Friday, writing jokingly to her followers,
"When you gotta go, you gotta go!"

In the image, a large blue tent set up on a patch of green grass could be seen with the 42-year-old fashion designer crouching inside it.
The mother of three, who just released a concise autobiographical essay titled "Movie Star: They Always Say They're Single," appeared to be working on a photo shoot for her clothing line, Jessica Simpson Style.
The actress sported a white short-sleeved shirt with cutouts around the shoulders and a pair of light, bluish-gray shorts.
To finish her look for the busy day, she wore a pair of tan, heeled ankle boots. To her 6.2 million followers, Simpson also wrote, "set life," followed by the hashtag "#BTS."
She squatted down and shared her wide smile as her long, platinum-blonde hair cascaded in a natural middle part and flowed down either side of her face.
The star was surrounded by various clothing items, including a dress with bright stripes that may have been taken from an upcoming collection.
Since making the post, it has gotten over 50,000 likes and 1,000 comments. The actress got cute reactions from her fans. One wrote:
Lighten up people- like you’ve never pee’d in a bush? She’s human and wants you to know that! Bunch of snobbleheads.
While some of her fans commended her for being real on the the platform, others were clearly not having it as a fan added;
Are you friggin kidding me? You and Britney need to be committed to the same locked mental facility. 😕
Well, luckily for Jess, she has a trainload of an army in the comments who came to her rescue. One of her fans responded:

But in addition to focusing attention on her flourishing fashion empire, the actress also published her most recent essay earlier this month on Amazon, titled Movie Star: They Always Say They're Single.
The storyline centers on Jessica's "teenage fantasy come to life" encounter with an A-list celebrity shortly after her marriage to Nick Lachey ended in 2006. The couple famously wed in 2002 but decided to part ways after four years.
The businesswoman disclosed in the brief biographical story that she first met the actor, whose name she withheld, in 2001 at the Video Music Awards but did not pursue a relationship at the time. After her breakup with Nick, Jessica soon ran into the celebrity again and revealed that they allegedly shared a kiss at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
The actress recalled feeling "this warm rush down my body to the tips of my toes in my wedges" after the kiss. Despite their mutual attraction, her "crush" was already dating someone else.
During their brief relationship, Jessica and the movie star went to clubs together, and she even paid him a visit on the set.
"I was never in a million years going to be the other woman,' she had written, and claimed that the A-lister had told her his relationship with his girlfriend was 'over,' per Us Weekly. "
