Lisa Marie Presley tragically died two weeks ago at 54 after suffering a cardiac arrest in her Calabasas home. Since then, the family has kept a lowkey life as they navigate their new dynamic.

However, her youngest children, Harper and Finley Lockwood, stepped out with their father on Feb. 2, their mother's posthumous birthday.

The twins typically keep a low profile but returned to the spotlight following the release of their grandfather Elvis' biopic in 2022. They accompanied their mother, older sister Riley Keough, and grandmother Priscilla.

The Fraternal Twins

Harper and Finley are fraternal twins born to Lisa Marie's fourth husband, Michael Lockwood. Presley and the guitarist married in 2006, and their union lasted the longest—they divorced in 2021.

Harper And Finley Spend Some Time With Their Father

Presley had the twins shortly after marrying Lockwood, making them 14 at the time of their mother's sudden passing. Although they spent time with their father in Santa Monica, he didn't have full custody of the twins.

Ensuing Custody Battle

Harper and Finley are in a custody battle between the adults in their family, especially with their grandmother, who wants to be their primary caregiver. According to sources close to the family, the twins live with their older sister, Riley, a "natural" guardian.

Their uncle, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, spoke to Page Six about the new living condition. He said Riley is doing her best to fill her mother's shoes until they sort out a legal custody agreement.

Sharing Custody With Lockwood

Lisa Marie fought for sole custody of her daughters following her divorce from Lockwood in 2021. However, she ended up sharing custody with Lockwood until her passing on Jan. 12 this year.

Harper and Finley, alongside their older sister, are the late singer's only surviving children and the sole trustees of their mother's estate. The inheritance caused tension in the family as Priscilla contested the will, citing discrepancies in the signatures.

Lisa Marie inherited Graceland as the only daughter of Elvis and Priscilla, and she came into ownership in 1993, when she turned 25. Before then, it was in a trust controlled by her mother, Priscilla.

Although Lisa Marie created a similar trust for her children, Riley being the eldest (33) is in charge until the twins come of age and she can handle their share of the property. Benjamin, who died in 2020, was also a named trustee.
