Kim Kardashian is choosing to put the safety and interest of her kids first amidst the ongoing battery investigation involving rapper and designer Kanye West. Their union produced four adorable children, the billionaire's number-one priority any time of the day.

The 42-year-old gave a wandering paparazzi member a well-deserved and harsh response when he asked an inappropriate question about the Yeezy founder being accused of battery in front of her kids as they exited a basketball game on Friday.
"Do not talk to me about that in front of my kids," said the mom of four as she helped her children into the car.
More reactions popped up in the recorded video, which was acquired by Page Six, and North's voice could be heard yelling, "please leave" from the car to the paparazzi.
North has always been vocal about the paparazzi's unhinged interference in their private lives.
Last year, the SKIMS founder got emotional in a podcast as she opened up about the situation with West. She reminisced on how she had one of the best childhood memories and the best dad.
Kardashian expressed her deep desire to replicate that in her kids' lives and have them hold on to those beautiful memories for the longest time.
She continued on keeping the serious side of dealing with West's excesses in the media away from them and maintaining a positive energy through it all.
“If they don't know things that are being said or what's happening in the world, why would I ever bring that energy to them? That's like real heavy, heavy grown-up sh**. That they are not ready to, like, deal with."
Kim explained her decision to keep mute throughout most of the drama, adding that her kids would be grateful for that single act.
“One day my kids will thank me for sitting here and not bashing their dad when I could.”
Kardashian added that in her home, her kids have no idea what's going on outside, and while she knows she's hanging by a thread, she's still deciding to keep a brave face at the home front and protect them to the end of the earth.
The skincare guru continued that she has to keep a smile on her face and act oblivious to things happening for the sake of her children, after which she'd look for where to cry.
"I could be going through something but if we're riding to school and they want to listen to their dad's music, no matter what is going on in the world, I have to have that smile on my face and blast his music and sing along and act like nothing's wrong."
In her efforts to protect what her kids consume and see, she has become best friends with her children's teachers at school.
She revealed that none of her children's classmates mentioned anything about their dad's antics to the children.
The rapper is currently in an ongoing battery investigation involving a brawl between him and a fan which ended with him grabbing her phone from her hands as he approached the woman who was photographing him in her car and then throwing it away.
The victim then called the police after the incident and surrendered the video recording as evidence.
