It's an emotional wrap-up for Christine Brown, who announced she filmed her final episode of Sister Wives on her TikTok on Tuesday, December 27, and has described it as a "little bittersweet".
The 50-year-old is now free from work commitment and connection to the studio and Sister Wives franchise after announcing her separation from Kody Brown in November 2021.

The reality star shared a behind-the-scene view at her last day in Sister Wives confessional studio as she said,
“This is the last day I am on the set in Flagstaff. And it is a little bittersweet,” while reminiscing about a couch she sat on for year talking about the show and pouring out her feelings acknowledging that this is the last time she would have to do that now.
Christine noted in the detailed caption that she had previously filmed the short clip before returning home and how she's been driving over 8 hours every week.
“I filmed this the last day I was on the Flagstaff set,” she captioned the post. “I travel [sic] back-and-forth- for a year. An 8 hour drive every other week. So glad to finally settle in Utah!”
The mother of six moved to Utah from Arizona month after she announced her split from Brown in 2021 in a length Instagram caption.
“After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave,” Christina wrote via Instagram in November 2021. “We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family. At this time, we ask for your grace and kindness as we navigate through this stage within our family.”
Robyn explained in the season 17 finale on how Christine's exit affected everyone.
“He’s dealing with that while he’s married. And I’ve told him several times, I feel like he’s lining up all women and I’m there too,” Robyn continued. “And he’s shooting us all down because Christine is a woman. And he’s angry and he’s hurt.”
Kody Brown married Christine in 1994 as his second wife after he married Meri Brown in 1990. He entered a spiritual marriage with Janelle Brown years later and then tied the knot with his last wife Robyn, in 2014. Meri, Janelle, and Christine have all separated from Kody Brown leaving only Robyn in the marriage
Christine and Brown shared six children: Aspyn, Mykelti, Paedon, Gwendlyn, Ysabel, and Truely.
Christine's decision to split from Kody began in 2018 when she started questioning the arrangement and feeling uncomfortable about sharing her spouse with other women.
“I started thinking maybe this isn’t working for me,” she explained. “And then I stopped believing in polygamy. I realized I didn’t really want to live it anymore. I didn’t like sharing a husband or feeling like I wasn’t important.”
