Gigi Hadid Will Spend Time With Daughter Instead Of Chasing Leonardo DiCaprio

According to Page Six, a source revealed that Hadid, 27, and DiCaprio, 48, who were first spotted spending time together in September during New York Fashion Week, “like each other very much, but neither one wants anything serious right now.” Rather, the model is focused on her daughter. “Gigi’s priority is her daughter,” the source said, referring to the model's 2-year-old daughter Khai, who she shares with her ex Zayn Malik.

According to the source, DiCaprio's busy travel schedule plays a role in the status of their relationship. The Titanic star was just in Miami for Art Basel and is now in Los Angeles. “Gigi doesn’t have the energy to run after DiCaprio,” the source added. “His routine is too much for her.”

Hadid, on the other hand, recently checked out a pop-up store in Aspen for her clothing brand, Guest In Residence. She was also seen at St. Regis in Aspen with her sister Bella, who is also a model. Hadid and DiCaprio were first photographed hanging out together in September and have since been seen together a number of times. Earlier in October, the pair were seen hanging out together at a Halloween party at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. In mid-November, they were spotted again on a dinner date at Cipriani in NYC alongside Vivi Nevo.

Although neither Hadid nor DiCaprio have publicly spoken out, a source previously spoke about their relationship status. Earlier in September, a source said the two were getting to know each other and were taking it slow. They have “mostly [been] hanging out with groups and solo a handful of times,” the insider added.

Another insider shared in October that although the two “are having a lot of fun right now” and “have been trying to stay low-key and private.” DiCaprio had previously been dating Camila Morrone, but they split in August.

Meanwhile, DiCaprio was spotted with Victoria Lamas, 23, in Hollywood, California. The Wolf of Wall Street star sparked dating rumors after he was photographed leaving The Birds Streets Club on Sunset Boulevard with the actress on Tuesday, December 20 before entering a car together.

However, a source close to the situation revealed that the two are not dating each other. “There is no truth to it this time,” the insider said. “They were seated (not next to each other) at a big group dinner.” The source noted that the actor and actress were also joined by “a number of other people in the car.”
