Kate Hudson Says She May Not Be Done Having Kids

American actress Kate Hudson, 43, has raised eyebrows about a comment she made in a recent interview with Byrdie. During the interview, the Skeleton Key actress was asked if she plans on having more children and her answer has fans buzzing. 

Is Kate Ready For Another Child?

Speaking to Byrdie, The Glass Onions: A Knives Out actress said she has been having kids all through her adult life, however, she doesn't know if she is done yet.

 

“I’ve been having children my entire adult life,” she says. “I’ve got my 4-year-old and I’ve got a kid in college. And I don’t even know if I’m done yet. You know, I don’t have that answer yet.”

She also said instead of worrying about the future, she tries to teach her children about self-awareness and balancing wants and needs, while letting them become who they are meant to be.

Not Interested In Forcing The Idea Of Marriage

The Fabletics founder has seen several of her relationships lead to separation, causing her to resolve not to force the idea of love. The Killers Inside Me actress prefers a healthy relationship with the father of her kids. She shares an eighteen-year-old son, Ryder, with her ex-husband, Chris Robinson, to whom she was married from 2001 to 2007. She also welcomed a son, Bingham with ex-fiancé, Matt Bellamy three years before their split in 2014.

Her 4-year-old daughter is the only child with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa who she started dating in 2016. The Daily Mail reports that during an interview with The Sunday Times, Hudson revealed that co-parenting with exes might not feel conventional but they are really doing well at it.

Hudson Complimented Her Parenting Partners

During a 2019 episode of the Divorce Sucks podcast, the Skeleton Key actress disclosed that she is lucky to have the kind of partners she has in her life. She described every one of them as a different circumstance that was figured out saying that after a divorce, there is still a relationship - although a different kind of relationship.

The couples are successful in co-parenting by keeping in touch over text, emails, and phone calls. Hudson disclosed that she prefers a laid-back approach. According to her, her baby daddies are mostly on the go with their busy schedules but they are still present in the lives of their kids.
