Have you ever heard the expression, "Animals and Humans are the same?" This TikTok video courtesy of Brittany Anne will convince you that it's true. Dog lovers know that adopting just one pet is never easy, especially if you're an empath.

Along the line, you'd end up fostering many more dogs or other animals, and sometimes you'd keep them past the temporary period. It hardly matters if you're in the right condition to have a pet or more. Once your heart syncs with one, there's no going back.

Check out the reaction below.

Family Makes Chase Want To 'Commit Murder'

This viral video with over 1.6 million views on TikTok showed a dog reacting to its human owner bringing home a foster puppy at 10 weeks old. The action itself seems basic until you observe the dog Chance's judgmental face.

He looked disappointed in his owner, Brittany, for bringing home a new pet, although her caption suggested he was merely being dramatic. Brittany said Chase immediately warmed up to his new foster sibling and became fast buddies.

For people who didn't believe her, the TikToker shared more videos of the two dogs.

The Best Companions

Brittany's most recent video didn't get as many views from fellow TikTok users, but it portrayed Chase in a better light. Gone was the judgmental awkward stare that made him famous. Instead, Chase and the pitbull (who remains unnamed) sparred playfully on the sofa.

They kept quiet for a spell when Brittany called out to them but got back to biting each other and playing immediately.

Beyond playing and upsetting each other, Chase and the pitbull are great companions for Brittany, and they uplifted her spirit when she fell sick earlier this week.

Just Like Children

Those subsequent videos make the first meeting look like a fluke, although, as we earlier noted, animals are similar to humans. When a mother brings a newborn home, there are several ways the meeting can go with their older siblings.

They may welcome the babe with open arms, skeptically like Chase, or indifferent. Also, the subsequent relationship could become well such that they're inseparable, or they may become enemies (it's more common than you think.)

Could The Fostering Become Permanent?

It's been five days since Brittany introduced the pitbull to Chase, so it's still too early to say if this will become a permanent arrangement. If it does, her TikTok viewers are in for a ride as she chronicles Chase's shenanigans. The latest video also shares that the pets get on like a house on fire, so there's no problem. We'll keep our eyes glued for updates.
