Seizing Her Chance

Margot is spilling the beans as she reveals all her escapades on set. The set must have been fun, considering the latest trailer of Babylon, which was released some weeks back.

"That wasn't in the script, but I thought, When else am I gonna get the chance to kiss Brad Pitt? I'm just gonna go for it."

She revealed

"I said, 'Damien, I think Nellie would just go up and kiss Jack,'" the 32-year-old explained. "And Damien was like, 'Well, she could—wait, hold on. You just wanna kiss Brad Pitt.' And I was like, 'Oh, so sue me. This opportunity might never come up again.' And he was like, 'It does work for the character,' and I was like, 'I think so.'"

Margot added that after going in for the kiss, Damien suddenly realized it fitted the role perfectly;

"He was like, 'No, do it again. That works,'" Margot joked. "I was like, 'Oh, great.'"

Kissing Another Actor

Margot reportedly made out with more actors while filming than only Brad Pitt. Despite doubting whether the scene would be used, she admitted to kissing Katherine Waterson.

"I actually kissed Katherine Waterson as well, but I don't know if that made the cut," Robbie added of their costar, who plays Ruth Arzner.

Margot has worked with Brad before, but this is the first time she's had the chance to kiss him on camera. The two co-starred in Quentin Tarantino's critically acclaimed movie Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, which depicts a fictionalized version of Hollywood in the turbulent years preceding the Manson family murders of 1969.

Although the movie depicts a somewhat positive alternate reality, Margot played Sharon. In contrast, Brad played Cliff Booth, a fictional stuntman who served as Rick Dalton's sidekick and best friend in the movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio as a failed actor.

'Babylon's Release Date

There is no denying that Babylon is a spectacular cinematic production; when it debuts in select cinemas on December 23 and elsewhere on January 6, it will undoubtedly cause a stir among viewers.

The movie won't be forgotten easily, and Babylon's cinematography may even receive recognition at the 2023 Academy Awards, thanks to the excitement surrounding it. But it will be when the movie opens in theaters that we'll know how audiences will react.
