Steph Curry has somewhat quietly sold his $31m mansion - he and wife Ayesha Curry were the Atherton, CA property's first residents. The basketball superstar quickly made headlines this week for pocketing the cash after buying it in June 2019 - the actual final sale price was a sweet $31.2 million. Steph and cookbook queen Ayesha made $150,000 in profit from the sale - not Kardashian-level real estate level, but still very decent cash. Now, the NBA player is wealthier and someone else will be enjoying the four-bedroom and six-bathroom pad.

The modern-build is 7,500 square feet and is now the topic for Architectural Digest's coverage of the sale. The magazine has featured images of the property, one discreetly accented with neutral shades and boasting modern and spacious facades. A backyard with tall planters and massive outdoor furnishings offered the athlete, his wife, and their three kids plenty of run-around space - it also doubled up perfectly as an after-dark entertainment space. The land lot size is 1.18 acres.

Inside, brushed wood floors offset hanging white lamps in a kitchen/diner area, where modern black wall art offers splashes of zen amid minimalist furnishings. There's also a giant outdoor pool wrapped by a large terrace with plenty of loungers. Bikini lover Ayesha likely topped up her tan there.

Ayesha Curry Opens Up On Outdoor Living

Ayesha was, in 2021, profiled by AD.

"While it feels like summer flew by unceremoniously, I’m excited to embark on my favorite time of year to host outdoor parties,” she said. “Fall produce is my absolute favorite to cook with, and the weather is typically comfortable both for late afternoon and evening gatherings.” The hostess with the mostess also revealed a love of throwing dinner parties.

Loves To Host

Ayesha added: “A dinner party for me typically starts with a great cocktail. To make life easier, I like to make a big batch in a beautiful pitcher, and let guests help themselves. I love Sweet July’s Lakeshore set in this gorgeous Amber color, which is so perfectly fall, but also feels easy and effortless.”

Ayesha was here mentioning her Sweet July lifestyle magazine. The Canadian-born actress is known for keeping it busy on her social media, too, regularly sharing updates with 2011-married Steph, plus kids Riley, Ryan, and Canon. Ayesha is followed by 7.8 million on Instagram. Steph, meanwhile, boasts over 47 million followers. For more, check out both of their accounts.
