Khloe Kardashian Reveals Their Intense Workout Is Because They're Foodies

The Kardashian sisters - Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe are arguably the most famous siblings worldwide after following their family's journey on-screen for over 20 years. One of their selling points is looking fantastic, whether from cosmetic surgery or working out intensely.

With their incredible figures, you'd expect them to be on a strict lean diet, but a YouTube short revealed that the sisters are foodies. Yes, they have their diets for special occasions, like Kim trying to fit into a Marilyn Monroe dress, but that doesn't stop them from going all-out when it's time for meals. We've seen it on Thanksgiving and family parties.

The Most Filling Orders

In this video, the trio went to a restaurant, and you wouldn't believe their orders.

Kim requested Grilled artichoke with mayo, skinny onion rings, all-chopped Iceberg Lettuce Wedge with Tomatoes, Egg, and Ranch Dressing. Kourtney wanted an impossible burger and potato fries with Kim's order, and Khloe mirrored the latter's request.

The Good American founder said during the confessionals that they love food.

"We're foodies and that's why we workout the way we do because we'll order everything and we'll scarf it down and pray for forgiveness later. It's horrible!"

Khloe And Kourtney's Diets

Despite indulging in heavy meals occasionally, the sisters have interesting individual diets. Kourtney is a partial vegan and practices a keto diet, so she avoids all sugars. According to the actress' website, Poosh, she's 95% vegan, while her husband, Travis Barker, is 100% vegan.

Khloe isn't vegan but loves a plant-based diet especially vegetarian which she indulged in during pregnancy, as explained on Poosh. The entrepreneur said it helped her lose 40 pounds of weight.

Kim's Daily Diet

Kim has a plant-based diet containing vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free tacos to help with her psoriasis. On cheat days, the business mogul loves pizza and donuts. Due to her health condition, Kim's meals are often anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

She admitted that changing her meal lifestyle influenced her mood positively. There's less stress, high energy, and positive vibes all around.

Extreme MET Gala Diet

Kim faced backlash for her diet choices during the MET Gala after explaining she starved herself for two weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe's dress. The businesswoman said she ate real meat in the days leading up to the Gala, causing her to have a psoriasis break out.

She ate only carb-free and sugar-free meals to lose weight within three weeks, ultimately losing 16 pounds. After the event, Kim indulged in her typical treat day meals - donuts and pizza. The reality TV star revealed it's not a healthy way to lose weight, so don't try this at home!
