Olivia Culpo is proving that she’s happy to reveal everything that lands on her plate. The 30-year-old model and reality star regularly makes headlines for showing off her sensational bikini body – likewise for sharing her love of fried chicken. In a new video, Olivia has revealed what she eats, and fans of the former Miss Universe are likely taking notes. Harper’s Bazaar recently compiled a celebrity video series asking various famous faces to outline their diets. Olivia was all smiles as she listed hers.
Sharing What She Eats
Footage showed the Rhode Island native looking stylish and polished as she spoke into the camera. Olivia opened saying: “I’m Olivia Culpo and this is everything I eat in the day.” Olivia was quick to confirm that she absolutely has to have breakfast, partly to wake her up and also because the morning is when she takes her vitamins. Even “half of a bar” will do.

Outfit-wise, Olivia looked trendy in a loose and sleeveless red top from Italian designer Miu Miu. The top came with a chic and sheer black panel at the chest, one that also formed a scarf finish. Olivia wore her hair tied back and with loose side bangs.
Loves Egg-White Omelets
Olivia listed a love of a high-protein food that’s also low-calorie. She digs egg-white omelets with mushrooms and also adores avocado on toast. “I love love peanut butter and jelly,” she continued, then name-dropping the Perfect Bars that she says need to be kept in the refrigerator.
Olivia also adores oat milk lattes, although for home coffee, she uses a French press. Olivia said that her lunches vary, but that if she has a 5 a.m. call time, she feels that the wait until lunch is long. She’ll eat lunch on set, but she’ll equally sneak in energy fixes with coffee, green tea, or M&Ms.
Loves Pasta
Olivia also listed a love of pasta, but she did admit that her dinner plans out often fall apart. Instead, she winds up sitting here and doing “nothing.” The Sports Illustrated bombshell is further into her desserts – she listed no less than three Ben & Jerry’s flavors that she adores.
She ‘Does It All’
In a caption introducing the video, Harper’s Bazaar wrote: Olivia Culpo does it all. The young mogul spends her time as an up-and-coming reality star, beauty-pageant queen, influencer, and full-fledged fashionista- and with such a busy schedule, foods that fuel and satisfy are a MUST.”
