It’s been a long time coming but finally, after more than 20 year s since the world was first introduced to “Bennifer,” Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially tied the knot.

In the early ’00s, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were the most talked about celebrity power couple on the planet.
Were it not for the ill-fated Gigli , the world might never have come to know “Bennifer.” The couple was the talk of the town and got engaged for the first time in 2002 .
Constant media pressure and external forces proved to be too much for Ben and Jen, and they called off the wedding two years later.
Lopez quickly moved on and married Marc Anthony, while Ben began a relationship with Jennifer Garner that same year as well.
Nearly 20 years after “Bennifer” was introduced to the world, the pair found their way back to one another.
The couple set the internet ablaze after JLo posted a photo of the two of them kissing in a tight embrace while sailing the high seas on a motor yacht.

Then, on July 16th, 2022, “Bennifer” finally came full circle as the couple made their way down the aisle.
Jen and Ben were wed at A Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada . Afterwards, the newlyweds and their children jetted off to Europe to celebrate in style.
They say that Paris is for lovers, and after seeing Ben and Jen in action, it’s difficult to argue otherwise.
“They feel like they are the only two people in the room , or world, right now,” a source close to the couple told ET.
“It’s refreshing and sweet for their friends and family to see how much they love and care for one another,” the source continued.
“Ben has been telling Jen how unbelievably happy he is that she is his wife,” they explained.
The feeling appears to be more than mutual, as JLo’s own mother, Lupe, couldn’t be happier to have Ben for a son-in-law.
The View ‘s own Sunny Hostin spoke with Lupe, who told her how she always knew that Ben was the one for her daughter.
While Jen and Ben were in Paris, the couple reportedly had the trip of a lifetime.
“It was so nice being away together with their kids and just eat, relax, celebrate Jen’s birthday and have some time off from work,” the source told ET.
The blended family was photographed enjoying a scenic cruise on the idyllic Seine river.
No trip to Paris would be complete without a visit to the Louvre, and the couple also made sure to squeeze in some alone time as well.
“Jen has been feeling great and wanted romantic and more laidback, sweet looks for their Paris trip,” the source added.
Jen opted for more comfortable, functional clothing, as the family spent plenty of time wandering the cobbled streets of Europe’s crown jewel.
When the newlyweds arrived back on home soil, Ben once again ignited a media frenzy.
Only this time, it had nothing to do with his newly minted nuptials. Rather, it appears that Ben will once again be donning the cape and cowl for DC’s Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom .
Jason Momoa, the King of Atlantis himself, took to Instagram to post a collage of photos with the former Dark Knight.
Jason and Ben are all smiles, cuddling close during a long overdue reunion. Affleck can be seen sporting a suave suit and slick hair — the epitome of Bruce Wayne.
“REUNITED bruce and arthur,” Momoa began in the caption.
“love u and miss u Ben WB studio tours just explored the backlot alright. busted on set all great things coming AQUAMAN 2 all my aloha j,” Momoa said with delight.
These reports have sent DC fans into a tailspin, as it’s been more than five years since Affleck portrayed Batman in Zack Snyder’s ‘Justice League’.
Earlier this year, Affleck all but confirmed that he was done portraying the iconic character — much to the dismay of fans all over the world.
