Breaking news from the Fairfax Virginia courtroom today as supermodel and Johnny Depp's ex-girlfriend Kate Moss testified that the actor never pushed her down the stairs, as was alleged by Amber Heard in court earlier this month.

As fans know, the Aquaman star's ex-husband is suing for $50 million for defamation in connection with Amber's 2018 Washington Post essay. In retaliation, Ms. Heard is counter-suing the Pirates of the Caribbean star for $100 million.

It was reported on Monday that Johnny Depp's ex Kate Moss would testify in the ongoing trial between the actor and his ex-wife, Amber Heard.

The supermodel joined the Fairfax, Virginia, courtroom briefly via Skype. This development was reported shortly after Amber Heard brought up Johnny's ex during her testimony.

The "Aquaman" actress mentioned Johnny's ex earlier this month while discussing an alleged altercation between the actor and her sister, Whitney Henriquez.

Amber alleged that her sister was near a staircase "in the line of fire … trying to get Johnny to stop," which reminded Amber of the rumored incident with Kate.

"[Whitney's] back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her," the 36-year-old testified.

"I don't hesitate, I don't wait — I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs.

"And I swung at him," she continued of the alleged March 2015 incident between herself, her sister Whitney and Johnny.

On Wednesday morning, Kate captivated the courtroom while testifying about her relationship with Johnny.

As fans will recall, Kate and Johnny dated from 1994 to 1997. Their relationship featured a few rocky moments, including reports of a blowout fight in September 1994 which ended with Johnny's arrest.

As reported by "People" the "Sleepy Hollow" actor was arrested in the early morning hours of September 13th 1994 and charged with criminal mischief at New York's Mark Hotel for allegedly trashing his hotel room.

Police reported they found the actor "in a state of possible intoxication" while the supermodel was unharmed.

As fans may recall, a criminal-court judge dismissed the charge against the actor on the condition that he stays off of the police radar for six months.

Johnny paid the hotel close to $10,000 — a bill that included more than $2,000 for the damages.

In the years following their split, the notoriously private Kate has spoken about Johnny only a handful of times and always in a positive light.

Speaking with Vanity Fair back in 2012, the model revealed she cried for "years" after the two broke up.

"There's nobody that's ever really been able to take care of me. Johnny did for a bit," she explained.

"I believed what he said. Like if I said, 'What do I do?', he'd tell me. And that's what I missed when I left. I really lost that gauge of somebody I could trust."

On Wednesday morning, all eyes were on the 48-year-old, who testified via Zoom.

About that night while the pair were on holiday in Jamaica, Kate recalled: "We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did. There had been a rainstorm and as I left the room I slid down the stairs."

"I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn't know what had happened."

As reported by Daily Mail, the actor came running back to help her. "[He] carried me to my room and got me medical attention," Kate testified.

When asked by Johnny's legal team if the actor had ever pushed her down any stairs, Kate replied "no."

"He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs," she said.

The model was then asked if she has ever testified in any case before, to which she replied "No."
