One thing that many people struggle with in life is how other people feel about them. While some people live life not really bothered by other people's perception of them, there are individuals who truly struggle with how others view them.

Many therapists and health professionals will say that worrying about others' opinions is a waste of time and energy, so women have begun sharing their wisdom about how they stopped caring altogether.

It's a reflection of them, not you.

"Other people’s opinions of you do nothing for you. They don’t know you, they don’t pay your bills, they’re not in your shoes. Only you know yourself, so only your opinion matters. And if it’s always a negative one, you’ll never be happy," said EevieeOso.
