What’s on your bucket list?
For 100-year-old, Jean Bickenton, it’s not to travel the globe or meet the Queen . It’s to get arrested! Victoria Police made her wish come true by busting into the retirement home where the ex-nurse lives and putting her in handcuffs .
She was guilty of being far too precious for this world!
Jean Bickenton has been an abiding citizen all her life.

She lived life on the straight and narrow, she told the Daily Mail Australia . “’I’ve never been arrested in my life,’ she said. That makes one of us, Jean! Heh, JK.
“I said to them I’ve never been drunk and I’ve never been arrested, never lost my driving license and never had an infringement.”

Instead, she spent her life caring for the sick. At one point, she was even an army nurse during World War II.
A woman as sweet as her deserved a big birthday surprise — and the chance to check “getting arrested” off her bucket list.

Good girl gone bad! Maybe she wanted to know what it was like to wear handcuffs, or to feel the rush of adrenaline!
“Now these kinda arrests, we’re happy to make,” they wrote on their Facebook page.

“When we heard of Jean’s wishes, our team at Moe station were ready to step in and help check it off.” So sweet of them to make time.
So while Jean was celebrating her 100th birthday at her retirement home, three young constables” whirled in, lights and sirens, to make sure Jean’s birthday wishes were met.”

They made sure to brief the other residents of the event to assure them that no one was in trouble.
If Creed Bratton from ‘The Office’ were there, he would go scrambling!

Officers then gently placed their handcuffs on Ms. Bicketon, declaring her officially under arrest. “With little restraint, Jean willingly obliged.” She absolutely loved it, according to the officers.
Jean was then wheeled to the police car parked outside of the retirement home facility.

“I was surprised they were quite soft,” Jean said about the handsome officers who arrested her. “They were too big for me anyway,” she added.
Jean has called the experience one of her best birthdays.

“According to Jean it was one of the best celebrations, and we’re glad we could help grant the experience. Wishing Jean a wonderful 100th birthday!” the officers wrote on Facebook.
The story absolutely touched so many Facebook users.

“Happy Birthday, you little rebel Jean. And thank you to Vic Police for ticking another thing of her list. A great present indeed. Congratulations,” one wrote. “That is real community policing, well done,” another added.
“Vicpol you have made an elderly lady very happy by her smile. Well done all,” a third wrote.

Another older woman was even hoping for the same treatment. “Can’t wait till my 100th! Almost 80, so a little way to go. How special. Well done police.”
Some noticed another reason for her to get arrested: she was copping a feel!

“hahaha that’s my great granny! Always up to no good!” Jean’s great-granddaughter wrote.
The only thing that can top this is for the police to be male strippers for her next birthday!
