1. No Contact With The Outside World
This rule should be obvious.
We wouldn’t want you contacting family members, firstly because you’re only supposed to talk to your housemates, but we wouldn’t want you ruining the show either.
So that means…
No internet, newspapers, phone calls and conversations with anyone outside the House except for Big Brother.
So sorry people, as much as your followers may want to hear from you, you have to put that stuff to bed.
2. Filmed For 24 Hours
This is the nature of Big Brother , you should’ve expected that.
We want to capture all those juicy moments between houseguests, whether it be the fighting or… well, you’ll find out.
3. The Diary Room
This is the only place in the house where Big Brother will contact you, and we also expect you to visit every now and again.
Plus, why wouldn’t you want to talk to ol’ BB?
4. Nominations
When we tell you to do so, you will go to the Diary Room and nominate someone to be eliminated from the show.
You must be honest about your reasoning as well.
5. No Discussing
Under no circumstances are you to discuss your nominations with the other members of the house.
We wouldn’t want you to influence other people’s decisions, that would be ever so r**e.
6. The Public Decides
While we appreciate your time nominating people in The Diary Room, it is the public who will decide the eventual fate of the house guests.
So make sure to impress.
7. No physical violence
No threats or acts of physical violence will be tolerated in the Big Brother house.
We want all of you to get along… physically. Verbally, as long as it’s not threats, please argue.
8. All Tasks Are Compulsory
No matter what we decide you should be doing on the show , if it’s a task, you have to do it.
No matter how disgusting or strange, you are required to be there.
9. Don’t Rearrange The House
You are not allowed to move any of the furniture, tamper with the fixtures, or generally, rearrange the house at all.
Things are in certain places for a reason, remember that.
10. The Alarm
Whenever you hear the alarm go off, you’re expected to get up immediately.
No ifs, and, or buts here potential contestant, it’s either an emergency or we need you to do something.
11. No Discussions Of Previous Series
This means don’t talk about previous seasons of Big Brother or Celebrity Big Brother or Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack .
We know it may be hard not too but refrain from doing so.
12. Don’t Talk About The Production Team
While it may be difficult not to talk about how gorgeous, brilliant and well-spoken the producers of this show are, refrain from doing so .
We’re trying to build atmosphere.
13. We Can Change The Rules
Remember this, potential contestant. We have the right to change the rules of this show at any time, any place.
Remember this is our show after all , so stay on your toes.

To eliminate you at any time, should you decide not to follow the rules, should you ever act on physical violence, or should you decide not to do any of the compulsory tasks.
