Ellen Degeneres asked Taylor Swift if she washes her legs in the shower, and her answer has us all perplexed and a little bit grossed out.
Taylor Swift was recently a guest on “The Ellen Show”, as celebs often are.
And Ellen did what Ellen does best. She asked a hilarious question that nobody on earth would ever think to ask Taylor. Or anybody for that matter…?

Taylor’s answer has raised a conversation that the world of Twitter probably never thought they’d be having.
Taylor said that she does, so long as shaving cream counts as soap. The question is, does it really though?
“I do because when you shave your legs, the shaving cream is like soap, right?” Taylor said.
Oh, honey… I don’t think so.
“So that counts? Good. I’m on the right side of history then,” she added.
Although Ellen’s question was definitely a weird thing to ask in an interview, Taylor’s response may have made things even weirder.
Ellen then felt the need to clarify, asking Taylor if she shaves her legs daily.
“Every day?,” she asked. “Yes,” Taylor confirmed.
“God, you must be hairy,” Ellen joked.
If you thought fans were gonna let this one slide, you’d be absolutely wrong. Nothing gets passed them. Especially not something like this.
People on Twitter immediately went off.
Fans seemed very shocked and uncomfortable finding out about some of Taylor Swift’s personal hygiene habits.
This person couldn’t get over how Taylor thinks shaving cream counts as soap.
Another fan tweeted in disbelief that some women completely ignore their bottom half when they shower.

Some fans are actually giving T-Swift the silent treatment over this.
This person wished everyone a good morning except Taylor Swift — and anybody else out there that doesn’t actually wash their legs in the shower.
This person was shocked that somebody as well off as Taylor Swift doesn’t practice solid hygiene. It’s not like she can’t afford soap, right?
Yeah, we’re all pretty confused, tbh.
This fan doesn’t believe that Taylor actually shaves her legs everyday.
They think that it simply is not possible that, being as rich as she is, Taylor hasn’t had laser hair removal, at the very least on her legs.
Not only is Twitter offended that Taylor Swift doesn’t actually wash her legs, but they’re offended by the very idea that she shaves them every single day.
“I’m offended that Taylor Swift shaves her legs everyday,” one fan wrote.
Some fans were actually inspired and genuinely motivated by Taylor’s commitment to shaving her legs everyday.
Because let’s be honest, that is hard work . Shaving your legs requires a certain amount of skill, determination, balance, and athleticism that not everybody can conjure up on the daily.

Hopefully, this whole thing has been a learning curve for her and she will start washing her legs with soap from here on out.
