If you thought the drama on Euphoria was juicy, think again.
Stories from behind the scenes have proven to be even more scandalous , with fights between the actors and the show’s creator and nude scenes being cut. We’ve already heard stories from Sydney Sweeney and Barbie Ferreira, but so far, the show’s major player Zendaya has stayed quiet.
Now, one background actor is slamming the show for its “miserable” set experience.
‘Euphoria’ is everyone’s favorite TV show.

This is due largely to the drama on and off-screen. For the show’s second season, a lot of this stemmed from major revisions to Sam Levinson’s original scripts.
“The majority of the originally planned season was scrapped,” actress Zendaya who plays Rue, told The Cut .
Zendaya continued,

“There are very few things that remain in the version that you are now seeing,” she continued.
She agreed with most of these changes, saying, “the things that didn’t make it definitely needed to die.”
We now know that this includes more nudity, a “gross pedophilia vibe,” and a terrible finale.

Yeah, you can miss us on that! Another thing this season has been missing is lots of scenes with Barbie Ferreira.
It’s been speculated that her screentime was cut after she got into a heated fight with Sam and walked off the set.

While none of this has been confirmed, viewers noticed that Kat was barely shown on this season.
Now, even more drama from behind-the-scenes has been revealed, thanks to one background actor.

The extra shared all in a now-deleted video on TikTok. There, they detailed their time shooting episode seven, which centered around Lexi’s school play. There were many reaction shots of the audience as they watched the show.
But what was supposed to be a 59-minute episode ended up taking weeks to shoot.
This stems from the “horrible experience” that the extra talked about, with many other background actors refusing to film after 16-hour filming days. This has led to many continuity errors in the episode.
In the deleted video, the extra shared more thoughts on her experience.

She said that she was “miserable” on set and that the long hours left her feeling “numb.”
After sharing a screenshot of herself watching the play, she said that “the play and the audience scenes actually took forever for them to film.”
“Like it took weeks for them to film just this episode, which is honestly crazy,” she continued.

“There’s a lot of inconsistencies [in] background because of it, because obviously people didn’t want to return. Like, I didn’t because I was miserable,” she added.
She showed viewers that she sat a few rows back from Jacob Elordi and Sydney Sweeney’s characters, Nate and Cassie.

Zendaya’s character, Rue, was sitting in a different section. There was a major inconsistency involving Dominic Fike, who plays Elliot.
After he got fed up with filming, he was replaced with a “bootleg” version of himself.
She shared that his replacement could be seen in one of the last rows when Cassie ran out of the auditorium.
While she didn’t divulge more about Elliot’s disappearance, she did share more of what the extras went through.
According to her, they weren’t told in advance how long they would be filming.
They could also “get fired” if they dared to talk to the main cast. Finally, she debunked the theory of Zendaya’s boyfriend, Tom Holland, was in the background of the theatre scene. Sorry, fans!
