More and more information on Disney’s live-action The Little Mermaid has come out in the last few days, and we couldn’t be more excited!
We just learned that Halle Bailey was cast as Ariel and we’re thrilled.
It was unfortunate, but the casting caused a bit of controversy .
Terry Crews is completely ignoring the haters, and even throwing his own name into the ring to appear in the movie.
That’s right, he took to Instagram and pitched himself as King Triton — Ariel’s dad.
We never knew we needed a casting like this.
But yes please!
