Yup, you read that right, Sydney Sweeney is now selling bars of soap infused with her own bathwater. While some people are calling the move ‘creepy’, others seem to be totally on board.
It’s a collaboration with Dr Squatch
The 27-year-old Euphoria star is selling the wash bars in collaboration with the soap company Dr Squatch.
She previously collaborated with Dr Squatch on a series of adverts that went live in October for their body wash.
The adverts went viral

Sweeny’s adverts for Dr Squatch in October went viral as they were quite flirty. In the promotional clips, she appeared as a ‘body wash genie’ as she suggested to ‘dirty little boys’ to use the soap.
They’ve now taken another opportunity
Sweeney and Dr Squatch seem to have now seen a new opportunity at higher sales, capitalizing on the campaign as well as the actress’ popularity.
They are set to launch a brand new product that includes Sweeney’s bathwater.
The bar comes with a certificate

According to Sweeney and the company, her fans can now buy a bar of soap ‘made with her actual bathwater’ and the product comes with a certificate verifying this statement.
The bar is described as ‘the ultimate blend of outdoor serenity with refreshing notes of pine, douglas fir, earthy moss, and a touch of Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss’.
There are only 5,000 of them

A press release by Dr Squatch further described the soup as one that “channels two of the best places on Earth: the great outdoors and Sydney Sweeney’s bathtub.”
The product is also being released as a limited edition, with only 5,000 of them set to be available starting June 6. And let’s be honest, they’ll probably sell out pretty fast.
She announced the news online
In a joint post with Dr Squatch, Sweeney wrote, “You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad…so we kept it.”
“Introducing Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss! A very real, very limited-edition soap made with my actual bathwater.”
People were confused by this
As you can imagine, people’s reactions to this news have been mixed, with most wondering why exactly Sweeney would ever sell her bathwater.
But the actress has explained why, and even herself acknowledged that it’s a bit ‘weird’.
She admitted it was strange
“When your fans start asking for your bathwater, you can either ignore it, or turn it into a bar of Dr Squatch soap,” Sweeney said.
“It’s weird in the best way, and I love that we created something that’s not just unforgettable, it actually smells incredible and delivers like every other Dr. Squatch product I love,” she went on.
“Hopefully, this helps guys wake up to the realities of conventional personal care products and pushes them towards natural.”
Some called it ‘creepy’, others were totally on board
Since the announcement, social media users have been showing mixed reactions. Some thought the idea was an ‘amazing’ one, while others immediately called it ‘creepy’.
But some people took a humorous approach to it, with one person noting, “Whatever makes men take showers.”
It’s a little questionable
You have to admit, the move is questionable. One person wrote to the actress, “I love you Sydney but what the f**k is this?” while another user wrote, “Your bills CANNOT be that high girl.”
Another person jokingly wrote, “Thanks, I’ll take 100.”
