Since Richard felt like it wasn’t some regular flu, his perspective was correct. He was diagnosed with pneumonia after reaching the hospital and getting a checkup.
The doctors suggested he stay overnight for the treatment to take place ASAP. Meanwhile, his vacation was ongoing, and he took treatment side by side.

Luckily, he got discharged the following day and was prescribed some antibiotics to help him feel better.
